How to move "agent" to be "user"
Hi All, How to move 2 agents to become 2 users? There are 2 account which previously "agent" which we want to move to become "user". We try to deactivate them as "agent" and then invite them as "user". But, it's failed. We try to delete them first, but there's no option for it. Thanks, Johan
Issue with duplicate Candidate records being created
I have noticed several times in the last week that candidate records are being duplicated. I have documented 3 people for you to review and have sent them to Support separately by email. The duplicated records have no activity history and aren't associated to any job - but do have Candidate Status'. None of the duplicate records have any files attached to them or any data except the date/time they were created and the source. How we will clean up these records, and find all the other duplicates?

logging in using userid instead of email/phone
Hi, I understand that when the zoho account is created - a userid is created eg bkmaithili I am able to login using email or user id But today i have created a new zoho account - but am not able to login using the user id.. It throws an error asking for email/phone number My query is that 1.how to login using the user id? 2. can we create our own user id... the application will be used by few people - are we dont want to have a login based on email id - just a generic userid - eg Appuser1

Lookup Fields
Is anyone else having trouble with lookup fields today? When I'm in Lead edit mode, when I click on a lookup field that was working fine a couple of hours ago, is no longer working. It doesn't launch the popup - just the red bar at the top cycling. I've already sent a ticket to support but who knows how long that will take.

Hey, I opened an account today and configured the MX, DKIM & SPF records with GoDaddy (my dns hosting provider) but I still can't receive mail. What am I doing wrong?
No Offline access, cannot open sheet without network connectivity
I am using Sheets v1.40 on iPhone iOS 10.3.2. When out of network connectivity, no wifi or cellular data connection, I am unable to open sheets. A red bar at the top of the app shows "No Network Connection". Is offline document access possible? If not, Please add it as a feature. Thank you!
Zoho Sheets on iOS, unable to import
I recently installed Sheets on my iPhone 6 with iOS 10.3.1 and have been trying to import an Excel spreadsheet. It fails with "Error. Document failed to load. Reload the document listing and try again." I have also created a spreadsheet and exported it. I am then unable to import the same file. .. A couple times I got a warning that the app is outdated, but there is no upgrade available What's up?

Hi. I want to change some design elements or formatting of text and fonts depending on the page which is shown to the user. Like Font color, color of line on top of teh template (design element from template "Opora") and maybe logo. So there should be the standard settings and for 5-10 pages I want to have a special color / design sheme. I think this should be possible via CSS and HTML settings / coding. Can't delete email from inbox
When I try to delete an email, it just crosses it out. It does not go to the trash. I'm afraid my inbox will get full. There is only 1 person in our office that can actually delete them to trash. Does it have anything to do with the version of Windows we are using?

Populate Form Fields from values in another report?
I need to create a form that takes attendance at a staff meeting. I have all the staff listed in a report called "Active_Members" (which is just the records from a form called "Member_Entry" with a status of "Active". I need to have a form that lists all the members so that the secretary can call the list of names from top to bottom, and mark whether each is "present, absent, or excused" I'm trying and can't figure out how to do this.
How to manager duplicate Client CONTACTS
Hi, we have a number of client 'CONTACTS' who need to be set-up twice on Z. Recruit, this is because they are responsible for more than one site / location. Our issue is that Z Recruit only allows us to have one email address per CONTACT we need to find a way of flagging that the second CONTACT with the same name, but without the email address does not keep appearing as being a 'blank' email address on our system. Are you able to assist me?
Report - Individual Lead
I need to add a new button on teh lead pag to print a pdf report by including some of the information at the record level for that lead. I know how to add a button to a module, but I am not sure whether this can be achieved using a url (maybe Zoho Forms) or a custom function. Storage fee not low. False fee
I deleted more than 60% of the emails from the account and I did not get more space. The space is frozen at 109% and although I have deleted thousands of emails this does not go down. I am grateful to the people of Zoho who put the real space of the mail. I have exported all emails and imported them into an empty gmail account, and this tells me that there is only 1.7GB. The data in the Zoho control panel is false. The mail is direccion@multiasistir.com I ask you to arrange this please.
