Under Maintenance Mode for Users
Hello, I am running an application which have 50-60 users. There are some effective changes I need to make on the app which requires people not to use the application until I am complete with the changes. In such situation I would like a click switch to Under Maintenance mode where users with certain profiles / roles as defined by me will have access to the application and others would only see an Under Maintenance alert page and cannot access forms or reports. Please let me know if this can be provided.
Zoho Assist starting sessions as meeting hosted by me
All of my attempts to initiate a remote support session so I can view my customer's computer is coming up on my computer as a meeting that I'm hosting. Is it just me? Is my account broken in some way?
Serious issues with my Zoho Email Account after changing the new interface
Hi I am having serious issues with my Zoho Email Account after changing the new interface. I can login but in next two seconds im having this attached msgs. What shell i do now. Even i can't go back to the older version now. When i pressit keep asking me to login. i am using Chrome Browser and even after resetting the browser (also delete the cookies) still facing the issue. Zoho Assist Portal Not Showing Paid Status
I recently purchased a subscription for unattended access of 25 computers. When I am signed into the portal at: assist.zoho.com/assist and I look at the "settings" section, the text that appears indicates that I am in a "free edition" when I should be in a paid edition. Also, my email address does not show as being a technician. No technicians are listed. I had Zoho Assist installed on a Windows 2008 R2 server, and this computer is not showing as "online". What is happening?

I can only see a few computers online. Most are offline so we surely have a problem. I have sent an e-mail to support.
Unable to Verify Account
Hi I have recently register the domain www.wonwikholdings.com. But every time it said the verification code is wrong. See the below image. I have did a resend, checked with two other mobile phone numbers. But no luck. And I have send the Zoho Support an email. But no reply from two days now. Is that possible to bypass the verification code step by manually verify the mobile phone number? I can send the received verification code through an email. Now I have stuck for more than 5 days. More than one copy of the same subform in a form - data from subform copies not added to report
Hi Zoho, I have a form and I'd like to use a subform in it. Among other fields, the subform has a "type" field with 3 options. I'd like to have 3 copies of the same subform inside the form, one for each option - so all entries will be joined in one report (also for ease of use so I won't have to create 3 copies of nearly the same form). How can I do this? Trying to simply add copies looked ok at start but viewing the report the entries from the 2nd and 3rd copies were not added (the form was submitted
Exclude weekends from calculated hours?
I have our settings enabled to exclude weekend hours as expected work, but they show as 8/hrs day when I run an hours report. What setting am I missing?

Not receiving mails on my Zohomail account
My website is made on WordPress and I use the Contact Form 7 plugin to create the contact form on the contact page. Shipping Fees in Purchase Order ?
HI When I make a Purchase order, I add a line for the Shipping and choose a different COSG than Inventory for this line. However, when I receive the order, I cannot <receive> the shipping item (which is ok) but, all my Purchase orders remains Partially Recived. Is there a better way to manage the shipping fees I got to pay from my suppliers on a purchase order ? Should I distribute the shipping cost on the cost of each item ? Thanks

The Lookup Field in Sub Form is baased on a value from the main form.SO while adding i dont have any issues the Lookup field works good But if i try to edit that drop down field its showing all values in the LookUp rather than the fiterd value Seeking a solution for that. Server 2003 Unable to run Unattendedcleint.exe
Anyone else have the issue installing the unattended client? I downloaded from the ZOHO web add computer on the pc itself and the installer wont run. I have tried it on 3 so far , same issue. One worked fine . All are Server 2003 service pack 2 or better. No issues with 2008 Server install

General information changing on both company and contact level
Dear all, We want to optimize our database of leads and contacts! Sending a postal mailing, some of the letters returned to sender. I want to update the address in ZOHO. I thought it would be easy to change the general information like address, postal code, general phone number on company level. Unfortunately these changes were not made on contact-level. Could someone tell me how the these changes automatically will be made on both the company and contact level? Many thanks
Unattended access, no groups, showing as Free Edition!
HI This morning I came to use Zoho Assist to access a couple of PC's I have set up in Unattended Access, to find that only 5 of the 90+ PC's and Groups I had no longer appear. I have tried logging out, Logging in, in Chrome (usual way) and Android phone, but all I can see are 5 PC's. As far as I know we paid for a full years service in Feb 2017. The worrying thing is that it says "You are in free edition. UPGRADE" Help, as I'm stuck without remote access to my customers. Danny
No File Transfer or System Info

Can't remove/add fields in Contacts
After I have added/removed fields from Contacts and save it, all returns to default again. There are many fields within the default template, we do not need + there are fields missing that we do need. How can we edit them to our liking and keep the changes without it ignoring the changes after save?

Unable to Transfer survey to colleague
I am trying out the Survey function for the very first time (Free account). I have created what I think is a really good survey! Now I have a friend who is working on a similar project, so I recommended that she open a Zoho account. I thought that I could save her some effort if I transferred a copy of my survey to her, which she could then modify according to her needs. However, when I go into 'Advanced Options' and choose Transfer -> Copy, after inputting her email address I get an error message
Not Able to edit item at invoice level
Hi, I've noticed that once I create a item and at the time of invoicing I realise that I need to edit the item name then there is no provision to edit immediately. We need to save invoice and go to item master and edit and come back to invoice. Hope to see this feature soon. This facility is available in tally.
Editing an invoice after payment has been made
Hi. I'm wondering if you could help with the following: I have a customer that wishes to pay for an invoice (hire of equipment for an event next month), however they may add to the equipment they have ordered between now and the event. If they pay for the invoice now, can I edit it later (if they choose to add more hire items) and then resend them the updated invoice so that they can pay the difference? Thanks
