I am starting to create an Auto Restock level based on Products Used, Current Inventory and Purchase orders. I have a form for Products Use, and Inventory, and a Purchase order. I am trying to determine if I use a "For Each Statement" or a "GetTotal Statement". I have a person that I do not know but I did give her my zoho email address. Now she is sending me information to promote her business 3 times a day. I'm not really sure if she is on my contact list. I'm going to use a page to generate an HTML invoice. I will then use a webhook to send a URL to pdflayer to generate a PDF. pdflayer will respond with a URL where I can download this invoice in PDF format. Question: is it possible to take that URL , download the PDF and save it to a creator form?

Maximum number of unattended computers
I have just received the message "Oops! You have reached the maximum amount of unattended computers" when I tried to install the unattended assist agent on a client's computer today. I have never received this message before and I was under the impression I had an unlimited amount of unattended agent installs (but not concurrent sessions, of course). I have the Remote Support Professional Plan. Can anyone tell me why I am getting this error message now? Thank you.

Zoho Assist freezes when a user joins the session.
Hi, I was trying out Zoho Assist (As I was hoping to purchase a subscription and wanted to make sure it fit our needs first) and it seems like the desktop plugin completely freezes (Just showing a gray screen where I can't click anything on the window) when the user joins on their end. I am on Windows 10 version 1607 and build 15048. The only way to close the plugin at this point is to close it using the task manager. Thank you, -David

how to add employee charge out rate and track task profitability
Hi I am trailing the software for my business. I want to have a number of tasks, and then users book time to the tasks. I have a target rate for each employee and a fixed budget for the task.
