Emails from some servers are not recieved
I am setting up aliases as necessary for my SSL certificated which needs to verify a specific email address. The email address test fine from gmail. zoho, yahoo but the SLL provider sends an email to it but it never is in my email? I check Spam, Deleted and all folders. They insist they have sent it. The email is admin@nwchairs.com, an alias in my gaanes@zoho.com address. Yes I also check the gaanes@zoho box as it is the catchall address. The sender is orderprocessing@rapidssl.com and yes I have
OUTLOOK SPAM

Emails being unsubscribed
Hi All, I have (had) a five-email list that was used just for testing the inbox placement of our newsletter. Now that list is down to three email addresses. The missing emails are listed as unsubscribed. According to Zoho help, I should have received an unsubscribe confirmation email from Zoho, from where I should be able to add those email addresses back to my list. These addresses were created for inbox placement. I did not unsubscribe myself from the list. And, no, no one else could or did either.

In my users' Zoho Mail settings, under the anti-spam option, Zoho has automatically added blacklist (and whitelist) email entries, presumably based on emails being flagged manually as "spam" or "not spam". I'd like to rationalise some of these by adding a black- or white-listed domain instead of having lots of separate email ids. That works fine with most of the entries, and I can amend or delete them. We are an enterprise client using Zoho CRM Plus. Support from Zoho is random at best. What is your published response time? Sometimes I hear back in 24 hours, more often it is many days, with many emails.
Receiving my own email in Outlook inbox
Hi, When I send an email using webmail (using zoho via a browser), I receive a copy of my email in my Outlook inbox. Outlook is using POP3, I have read this is how POP3 works but the answer I found is 8 years old. Is this still the case, has nothing been done to work around this? Thanks!

How can I create a report that lists accounts that have NOT had a check in the last 30 days? If an account has had a check in the last 30 days, I can create a report that lists it (check ins with a from value less than 30 days ago). This does not fit the criteria since I am looking for a list of accounts that have NOT had a check in in the last 30 days. If an account has two check ins, one more than 30 days old and one less than 30 days old, I can create a report that shows the older check in

How can I update records using criteria
In the API documentation is established that I have to use the id of the record to update the field but, is it the only criteria value I can use to update? what if I want to update all records that have blue as color?, for example. Is it possible?

I change the name of main account and email, but all my clients still see the old name. I can't find any other settings for this.
Jumps in invoice lists
Hi, We are having troubles with Zoho Books. When we try to get lists with all the month invoices the sistem makes "jumps" at the list making "dissapear" real invoices. Than make us have huge financial troubles every months. In the image attached you can see how jumps from invoice 05108 yo 05110 when there is a real 05109 invoice in the sistem. Regards
cannot login from outlook on mobile
Hi there, I tried to set up my email accounts on my iphone using outlook, but it always return email address and password error. Please find the attachment for the screen shot. I am pretty sure that I typed in the correct email address and password and the imap has been enabled from zoho admin account. I can configure the email address on iphone default mail service as well as outlook on pc, the problem only occurs on the outlook app on mobile. I do need to use this app instead of the iphone
