Data Migration Tool using Skip option
I am new to Zoho and am about to import more than 160,000 contacts and accounts. I want to use the Data Migration tool because of the size of the file. However, I do not see the Skip option using the DM tool versus using the standard import. I tried a small sample with the DM tool and it leaves me with duplicate accounts. Do not want that. Also, once the accounts are in and I bring in the contacts using the DM tool, will the contacts be attached to their accounts, as they would in a manual import?
Account CSV Imports
Upon trying to use Import Accounts wizard, the tool correctly lets me select the small CSV file I seek to test. But in next steps it simply keeps cycling on "Uploading...". I have already customized the fields in Zoho CRM to map. But the system never lets me get that far. I am using Chrome browser on a Mac and pop-ups have been enabled, so I'm not missing any cues that hold up the process. Please advise. Thank you!

Sync from CRM - contact changed email address
I've got a contact in CRM that changed his email address (the old email address is now in the field "Secondary Email"). Now when I do a sync from CRM to Campaigns, the old record in Campaigns isn't updated anymore, but no new record is created either. In Zoho CRM the contact id is 1037184000000227359 if you can look.
Unable to activate account
Hi ive got a weird issue. I've tried to register an account with my wife's company email address kontakt [at] vetsandpets [dot.] pl I received an activation email - i've clicked it. I got an info that my account is active. So while trying to sign in with my credentials i got an info that.. my account is not activated so zoho can resend activation mail once again. So im in the loop - and still i cannot do anything with that :( how can i solve this issue? thanks!

Admin Reset - No Backup Email or Phone Number
I lost the password to my admin email account. When I try to reset my password for admin@pennyfarthinginn.net, it asks me "How would you like to reset your password," and doesn't provide any options, only a submit and cancel button (see attached image). Managing Help Desk User
Hi, I recently merged 2 contacts, 1 contact that was imported (with historical tickets attached) and 1 contact that is newly created by help desk user. Tickets from both contacts are consolidated into 1 contact, however help desk user can no longer login to Self-Service. Checked Help Desk User and saw a RED flag at the corner of user's name, any idea what that means? I tried to RESTORE but the RED flag is still there. Thank you Maureen

Cannot see the HTML and CSS for the mobile site
Hello I am having a little trouble with my mobile site. The background image in the 'branding area' isn't displaying as I would like on my mobile site (but is fine on the desktop site). On the mobile site, the menu seems to be hiding the top of the image. But, I cannot see the HTML and CSS for my mobile site to try and change this. I've tried to import an activities csv file several times today. The file will upload and all field mapping works except the account will not match up to the related to field. I need a way to mass upload activities and have them match up to the account, deal, contact they were created for. Any suggestions?
synchronization question
Hello, I created a contact synchronization from zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns. Thus, my contacts present in Zoho CRM are well recovered in a list of contacts on Zoho Campaign. The synchronization concerns the contacts of the "A" view in Zoho CRM. In Zoho CRM, the "A" view contains 195 contacts. In my synchronized list in Zoho Campaigns, I have 246 subscribers. Why do I have more subscribers in Zoho Campaigns than there are contacts in the "A" view of Zoho CRM? Thank you
Not receiving emails
A few people have written to one of my Zoho Mail accounts, but I have not received their emails. The email address was correct, as they forwarded those emails to another one of my accounts. I tried to email that account myself today (from both a Zoho and Gmail account) and received the test emails without a problem, so I have no way to replicate the error. Any idea what might be causing this?

I'd like to edit my email domain to read @sfcllc.org rather than @summerfieldsconsulting.org. how do I edit this? will I have to purchase a new domain? also, my messages will send but I can't receive. If I send a test email to my zoho email account, that message won't even give me an error. It just disappears into space. Someone please advise.

Unable to send emails in my mail sender
Hi, I use a tool to send emails for my clients; +/- 500/day But in the first test, I barely send 70 emails and the tool was stopped, telling me that I reached the providers limit; So, two things, can you guys unblock my email for me continue sending emails? And I want to have the liberty to send how much emails I want, you guys have a limit for it? it's possible for me to continue with this strategy of sending 500 emails/day in Zoho or I'm gonna need to change my email to another provider?
