Say a customer buys 10 annual user subscriptions for our Saas product on the 1st July 2017. So the recurring invoice date would be 1st July 2018. After 3 months they buy another 10 annual users subscriptions. Will Zoho automatically pro rate the new purchases to charge for 9 months (i.e. 9/12ths of the annual subscription) and then bill for 20 users at the renewal date? If not, how do you suggest managing the scenario?

hi! There are number of entries in creator's app. Each entry has email field (and info plus text fields): entry1 -> email1 entry2 -> email2 entry3 -> email3 and so on.. And there is an excel file with emails and other info for each email. row1 - email1 - info1 - text1 row2 - email2 - info2 - text2 row3 - email3 - info3 - text3 and so on... how can I update entries in creator's app using CSV file from excel? so that entry1 will be updated with info1 and text1 (email1 <-> email1 are equal in app's

I'm trying to migrate my company from Google to Zoho, and so far I have found one very annoying limitation. If there is a way around it, please let me know. I would like to set myself a reminder to take medication at 1pm every day. On Google, I just set the start and end time as 1pm (i.e., a zero duration event). Workdays Calculation
Hi everyone, I've created a function to calculate the number of workdays between two dates. I use it to measure how many weekdays have passed since a record in our action log was opened. Previously, I was using the function suggested here. But this function is recursive and after a record was open more than around 50 days, the stack limit would be reached. Have a look at my new function below. The only limitation I can see is that any holidays are not taken into account. What do you think? int

Zoho docs writing back corrupted files
Hello, since very recently we seem to have a problem with the Zoho servers (exportwriter.zohodocs.com/remotedoc.im). Documents that Zoho writes are coming back to our application corrupted, lacking several KB compared to the original. Docx gets completely corrupted (files cant be opened anymore) and doc can still be opened but the content is completely destroyed and filled with what seems to me is random code. In the Employee Tree you can see the name of the employee and the designation(title) under it. We would like to have all the employees name and designation viewable in the Employee tree. Problem for us is that multiple employees have the same title/designation but do not share the same e-mail and we do not use a collective/group e-mail. Hosted Page - Upgrading user from LIVE £0 subscription to 30 Day Trial Paid Plan Fails
We have 2 subscriptions on our website managed by Zoho subscriptions.. One is a plan that is setup with a cost of £0 the other is a £20 per month recurring subscription. Upgrades from the £0 to £20 plan are done via a hosted page, which worked fine until recently we added a 30 day FREE Trial period to the £20 plan. Dynamically updating field title text
I need to create a simple Form which has two single line text files, let's call them "Name" and "Response". Initially the "Response" field must be hidden. The "Name" field must give the prompt "What is your name?". As soon as the user enters a name, the "Response" field must be shown, and the prompt for that field must be "Hello <Name>, how are you today?" where <Name> is the value entered in the <Name> field.
