Rules for Filtering Documents into Folders?
When a document merge is e-mailed from my Form, it is stored in Docs. Is there a way to automatically sort documents into folders as they are added from Forms?

Hi, I have just started looking at Zoho because we want to move away from Google Calendar. One of our requirements is to be able to view multiple calendars (combined) from our website. The embed instructions seem to only work with single calendars. Is what I am trying to do possible please?
Does Mobile Create Duplicate Content?
It seems SEO reports indicate that https://www.hawaiicarrentaldiscount.com and https://www.hawaiicarrentaldiscount.com/mobile/ create a duplicate title, duplicate description. and duplicate content. Is the duplicate page creating an SEO penalty? All the pages in that site are duplicates because they all have a "mobile" page. Is there a problem? If there is a problem, is there a solution?

I want to have imported leads assigned automatically. I would like it to assign x number per day or assign an entire import of 500 leads evenly among the reps. Is either possible?

Our primary area of clients is North America but we get a lot of leads (mostly junk) from other areas of the world. When a lead comes in from our webform, I would like it to assign North America in round robin and all others in a second round robin. This will allow a more even distribution of the 'valuable' North American leads. I know that it will all work out in the long run but try telling the sales person that who receives 20 non North America Leads in a row and no prime leads. I have a rule

Hello. I'm from Argentina and when i want to enter zoho mail it requires me to add and verify a mobile phone number. I tried with three different mobile numbers and no message recieved. When i go to the two step verification and try to add a mobile phone number asking for SMS or VOICE CALL page responds with an error. How can i verify correctly my mobile number or instead enter zoho mail withow that verification or with another one like the google authenticator? Thanks in advance. Lucas.

Trouble Installing Outlook Plugin on Outlook 2016 on Surface Tablet
I've been able to install the plugin no problem on my Desktop at home as well as another laptop for another user, however when trying to install it for myself on my Surface Tablet it will not do it. The install looks like it works, however it is no where to be found upon application restart. Is it possible that the version of my Outlook is not supported or because I am using a tablet? Since I had moved to Zoho I found that my address gets a lot of spam. Can't get used to the practice of checking messages and sending them to spam on everyday basis. It's a poty that this buttons do not learn any of your spam filters. It does not tblacklist domains. It does the very inefficient thing: blacklists the address. Why? There is no use of it. Spammers may generate email names every second. Blacklisting domains manually is not very good, because you can miss a domain and you do things twice:

Hello, I am creating subscription from API where I set trial period of x days. After x days we want the trial to expire - means the subscription to go into expired status. Currently once the trial is over customer gets an email with invoice and asked to be paid and teh status of the subscription is changed to LIVE. What should i set correctly while creating subscription so it goes into the expected status?? Thanks in advance.

Customize products section in Sales Orders
Hi. I have two questions: I want customize products related list in sales orders to replace discount and tax columns with other product fields. Is that possible? When I go to costomize module is not option to modify this section. When I create a sales order with new sales order option inside purchase order, the new sales order inherits the purchase order subject value. I need account name and vendor name inherits too. Hi. Is there a way to open a calendar embedded in a web page to show events starting from a specified date in the future and for a range of times - say 0800 -2300? The embedding works fine but I'm trying to tell people what's going on during the day for a week in August. Hi guys, So i have a small problem. Sometimes i have 100 of products of the same brand, but with different serial numbers. So i have to input it separately. Is it possible for a field to remember the brand i choose previously ? For example : Serial num 001 Brand XLo (Input) Serial num 002 Brand XLo So if i have to do it manually for 100 products,it takes a while. is it possible for a field to choose the brand automatic, based on the previous choice? I've added mailchimp into my zoho email whitelist and excluded their domain from spam collection.
