adding leave from admin for employee, it counts as 0 days
Hi, So we just started using zoho people and when an admin try adding previous employee leave data, it shows as "0 days taken" may I know what is wrong with the settings?

Zoho Subscripiton hosted pages
Hi, We are using your api for subscriptions so users can make payments. For achieving this we always create a hosted page for every customer. When it is a new customer, payment form always asks for the credit card details. When creating a hosted page for an existing customer, payment form sets as payment method previous subscription credit card. Is there a way to avoid that, so that the user is always asked to enter credit card details? Thanks in advance.

thisapp is Being Converted to App's Literal Name by Script Builder Breaking Function Calls in Custom Schedule Scripts
Hi, I am trying to call a function by using the regular "thisapp.namespace.function..." code. This works everywhere except in Custom Schedule deluge scripts. The problem in the Custom Schedule scripts is that the Script Builder is converting "thisapp" to the literal name of the app and it breaks the Function call. @Zoho Support: Please take a look at this and fix it so I can proceed on my maintenance script, thank you! Unable to add domain to account
Evening support! I hope you can help, I am currently unable to setup my account with the domain "thesportsrehabclinic.co.uk" I accidently signed up for an zoho.eu account and cancelled this and removed the domain and then signed up to zoho.com however I can't set up this domain on my new zoho.com account as I think it still may still be attached in the backend over on .eu I have attached a screenshot. ZOHO LiveChat will not 'enable' or show embed code.
I'm trying to enable the AOHO livechat function to embed it on our website. However, the Chat section in ZOHO Desk Channels never refreshes after the 'enable' button is pushed. There is a small flag that comes down from the top of the page saying: "Your LiveChat Account Enabled Successfully", but nothing else happens and the Chat section of 'Channels' stays empty.

Can Not Import Data to a Form with Script in On Add > Validate Form Action
Hi, I tried for an hour this morning to import data into a Form. Nothing worked, I kept getting errors with no error messages. I finally decided to remove all deluge script from the Form's Action: Validate and the next import I did worked as expected! This confuses me, does this mean the Form's Actions are run when importing data? Or is this a bug? To summarize: How can I import data to a Form that has a Validate Form Action in place? Thank you! Can't Sign up for a Personal Account

Can you re-charge "initial setup" fee for re-subscription?
I would like my customers to be charged "$39" for the first month, and then "$3.99" for subsequent months. If, however, they deactivate their subscription and wish to re-subscribe, I would like for them to be charged the "$39" initial setup fee again. Can Zoho Subscriptions support this type of billing scheme?

How do I show the Submit button using Conditional logic?
I would like to only show the Submit button based on a choice from a radio field. Can't create new email accounts for domain I'm setting up
Just deleted the original domain I had, added the new domain in, and I'm stuck trying to add users for that domain. It tells me 'Unable to Add Alias Address' and I can't get back to the control panel to remove the domain to try again. Any suggestions?
When I set up 1&1 CNAME, then I can't add or edit MX change.
I have a site hosted on 1&1 and am trying to set up an account, but when I enter the domain name jurugo.com I am requested to create a subdomain in order to set up a CNAME. Once I verified the the domain I added users, and then came to the part where I have to edit the MX exchange. The only problem is that I can't. I get the following message at step 5. See image below. 1. I made the subdomain as requested. 2. It's hosted on 1&1. 3. I'm stuck HELP!!!!!!

Web clipper created unwanted Default notebooks
When I save content from Chrome browser, Zoho Notebook web clipper ignores my designated default notebook (a named notebook I created) and places the content in a new notebook named "Default." Subsequent uses of web clipper create still more "Default" notebooks. I also notice that my choice of which notebook to designate as "default" in Settings is not retained. Could this be the problem? POP3 Dont delete email after downloading it on outlook
