I've clicked 'Discuss' on a Facebook message, which takes me to the 'Collaborate' page, but there's nothing on the Collaborate discussion to refer back to the message itself - just a link to the Facebook user's profile. Shouldn't their message - or a link back to it - be included when discussing via Collaborate?

Email not sync'ed when moving to folders
Messages still show up in the Inbox in the Zoho Mail Web UI after they have been moved to folders in my IMAP client (Mac Mail). After noticing this problem I have turned on Auto-Expunge but the messages have not sync'ed yet, they should be moved to folders. How along does it take to sync up? I need to have all the records in my opportunity module automatically updated everyday so when i run my report the dates and things in it are accurate and zoho can calculate the proper age since zoho does not automatically update the current date on records continuously.
How can multiple users edit same row in spreadsheet
Hi I would like to know if there is a possibility for 2 (or more) users to edit the same row in a spreadsheet, we tried to do this, but it seems only the data from the user who clicks SAVE button last works. Meaning, that if 2 people worked on the same row, User 1 data is lost, and only User 2 (who clicked Save) later is kept. Is there a way to enable multiple users to edit same row at the same time? Or to somehow block the row, so that other users do not try to change it. Please let me know Thanks

How to get previous value added to Zoho Creator by import?
When I do an import in Zoho Creator Report, in the On Success, I want to take in every record, his previous record ID (of the previous inserted record), with the objective of comparing the previous ID with the actual ID of the record and see if it is the same. Hello, Yesterday I set up an email account with Zoho. My goal was to connect it to my domain - www.adkchili.com so that I can receive email with zoho instead of WIX (which is who I bought my domain and built the website with). When I followed the instructions to verify the domain, and changed the CNAME records, the website address pointed to zoho email. yikes So I eliminated all the cname records with WIX and I'm waiting for them to restore the original settings. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong

Accidentally put the wrong domain in when I signed up for my account, I noticed the error and changed my login email and deleted the domain, but when I try to add the new and correct domain, thesayfamily.com, I get the above error message. I can't seem to add the correct domain to finish setting everything up.

Hi, I am a user of CRM Plus, which I have integrated with Zoho Reports. In the CRM, there is a section within the modules for related lists, and I can run reports on this relationship in CRM. However, the same relationship is not available in Zoho Reports (the two modules in the model diagram are completely disconnected). Please consider integrating related lists into your reporting tool along with the module data! This is the only way I have found to reasonably create a many-to-many relationship

I set up a new email sign up form in Campaigns and signed up a test contact. However, I am not finding that contact in my list in Campaigns, and it does not appear to be in Zoho CRM yet. Cannot Create Another Account
Hi All, I attempted to create a new organization so I can setup webmail and it's requesting that I provide a mobile number. I cannot bypass this as I've already provided a mobile number for another account. So I can only have one Zoho account if I only have one mobile number? Do I need to go buy another mobile phone? What if I push business towards Zoho and clients want me to do ALL of the setup for them? I need a solution to be able to create more than one organization.
