Editing subform within a subform
Hi, I've got three forms: - Parent registration form - Child registration form (subform within parent registration form) - and Program registration form (subform within child registration form) I've shown it pictorially below: I'm wondering whether I can get the child registration form to open as a popup dialog so that I can allow users to add program registration data to the child registration subform. Has anyone faced this issue before? Any ideas?

How to remove the IP restriction

URL problem when sent to a gmail account
Hi, I new working with Zoho creator. Not a IT person. Just added 2 forms. When I add a employee in the first one I was able to send a mail to the employee with a URL link to the second form. When I try with my Office365 mail, it works just fine. When I try with my gmail adress, it's not working. Any ideas? Thanks Marie-Andrée

Not efficient to add contacts to zoho mail or crm
It used to be simple to add a contact in zoho crm. In the lower right hand corner you would click on an icon and just add the information. For over six months it has been very difficult. The icon is no longer an option. When you wnat to add information from an email like phone numbers etc. to the contact record by clicking on the name in Mail...you can no longer see the telephone information. Will this ever be improved???

Two separate archives?
When I select archive in the Zoho app or webmail the mail stays in the inbox and is only visible when filtered to show "archived". When I archive using an external mail client the mail goes to an actual Archived folder. This is very confusing. Is there any way to ensure that all mail is archived in the same way regardless of which client I use?

Mail to Hotmail is classified as spam
Hi, emails sent from my zoho account to hotmail accounts are being classified as spam by hotmail, unless the recipient make additional efforts like: clicking the "this is not spam" button on the received message, adding my zoho email address as a contact, etc. Of course, this is wrong. I should be able to write to recipients just fine without the need of asking to them to do anything. I am losing many opportunities because most of my contacts won't bother to check their "spam folder" in hotmail.

Hi, Just signed up and finding a difficult time attaching emails to Potentials. As a previous Salesforce user, would do this by using the BCC email and then adding a code in the email (code included the ID of the Opportunity/Potential to which the email would become associated). I think it was called Email2Salesforce. Can anyone document how to do this in Zoho CRM? I note how to add an email from within the Potentials module, however, this is inconvenient. Prevent duplicate month/year form
The forms in my application are set up to record financial indicators by month and year. Currently I have a simple drop down box to select the month and a single line field to manually enter the year. The problem is that the month and year can easily be duplicated with a separate entry. How would I make the month and year fields exclusive so the same month and year combination can not be duplicated? Also, I assume a Look Up field would be needed to modify the data for a particular month.

Ladies and Gents, I'm struggling a little with aliases. I've just changed our domain, and tried to update our e-mail addresses, with the old email address as an alias. 4 out of the 5 accounts seem to have worked no problem, except one keeps giving an error message.
