Problem receiving email to Zoho/GoDaddy domain email address
Hi, I am having problems receiving email on my Zoho mail account. I can send email but not receive it. All MX setting seem to be correct but I get the following error message when I attempt to send a test email to my Zoho address: "Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain jamesmckernandesign.com by smtp.secureserver.net. [68.178.213.203]. The error that the other server returned was: 550 5.1.1 <james@jamesmckernandesign.com> Recipient not found.
Domain Verification at Dynadot

Can't change my profile name?
I've been testing my new business email and I came to find out that my name is displayed in the subject of the email. I want to change this to my company's name. I tried to fix the problem by changing my name in my profile settings but even after doing so, nothing has changed. How do I fix this?

Unable to receive emails from specific domains
Hello, I have been using Zoho for many months and my mails worked perfectly. Of late, I have not been receiving mails from many accounts (worked perfectly in the past) but continue to receive mails from accounts associated with Gmail. I am unable to figure out the cause. Problem using my domain to create my email account
Hello, On the way to create my account using the domain www.ethne.com.br I have a phone number that I usually use, but I didn't have the phone to my reach to pick the confirmation code. I am trying to write the code below to say something like "if the country = Singapore then make the 'project sell cost' field visible, which is currently hidden. Email outgoing blocked
Hi, a domain we setup recently for emails.. one of the emails got blocked yesterday (sales@whitemist.co), which I unblocked through the unblockme page, but it seems to be blocked again. I can confirm, we are not using Zoho to send out bulk emails .. but instead it's an e-comm store and sends out around 10 - 20 emails per day to customers as order confirmations. Or customer notes. Spam with Web To Lead
We are having trouble with a couple of sites receiving form spam. The confusing part is that one of the sites doesn't even display a description field and yet we are getting hyperlinks coming through the form under a description field which isn't contained in the form proper. Even checked the html 3 times to make sure it wasn't in the HTML for the form. We suspect that somehow these morons are circumventing the form and somehow submitting through zoho. Cannot adjust width of custom action column in report
I have already managed to adjust the width of columns that aren't custom actions. But when I try to adjust the width of a custom action and then click "save changes" it goes back to how it was. Linked record does not view in HTML
I have an HTML page that has text and is hyperlinked to a report. When I click on the hyperlink and the report pops up, I try to click on a linked record in the record summary but nothing happens. The report simply closes. What's going on? Below is a picture of the report that pops up. (this happens with any report, by the way). When I click on Event Date, the report closes. Also, it closes if I simply click on the record to view it.
days360 function return incorect result for March month
I try to use the days360 function to get the number of days between the first day and last day of March and it returns incorrect result: 29 instead of 30. For all other months with 31 days the days360 function will return correct result: 30 between the first day and last day of the month, only for March is shows 29. I get the following reply: ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Administrative prohibition I have checked SPF and DKIM with DKIMValidator.com and got a pass on both. New Mail Not Pushin to Inbox
I use Firefox to access Zoho Mail and I also have it synced with my Blackberry. When new mail arrives, it shows up immediately on my Blackberry (with an audible notification) and the Zoho tab in Firefox also shows how many new mails have arrived (in parentheses). Since I have a notification Add-On installed in Firefox, I also receive an audible notification. However, when I open the Zoho tab in Firefox, the new mail is not in my Zoho Mail inbox. Issue with contact details - Visits >> Prospect/Clients
We have an issue with the Prospect/Client function, it does not display the correct prospects name and details instead it displays only one persons name in all the contacts. When we click on more details about the prospects that is when we see that the Prospect is a different user, the name assigned is wrong. MTA rejection rules
Email rules now operated on email accepted be the MTA to sort into folders or flag, delete or not. I would prefer zoho expose MTA level filtering so I can REJECT email causing a bounce response from the sender side.
