Total income calculation form
Hi , I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a job process form where by the user records a job undertaken, which calculates agains a job form. So there is a list of jobs complete in a report. I want to a separate form where the user can select a month of the year, and it will calculate the earnings over that period. i am trying to search in my mail but it keeps coming up saying "no messages match the search criteria". It set to search all...everything. it finds some old ones that i have tried but nothing tnew or current. just happened recently before that it worked just fine. help

Purpose of Training Tab
I am trying to use the Training Tab to record trainings for our staff. However there seems to be no provision to record commencement and end date for people who register for training. Instead it seems to record expenses of the training and who incurred aforesaid expenses. Is this the purpose of the Training tab? delete a secondary email address from super user admin account
I has set up a secondary zoho email address when I opened the account at the very start of the process but cannot delete it or use is as a user email address. I have been able to set up an additional secondary email using my gmail account and have been able to delete it without a problem but it will not work on the original secondary email. To try and solve the issue I tried to remain it but have the same issue. In both cases I am asked to contact my organization administrator to delete the email
Outgoing mail block
We have sent 50 emails today and the account has been blocked. Online limits are much higher and we have not exceeded them. Please unblock the account as it is hampering our business.

Recent imported contacts are not receiving campaigns
Hi We are putting new contacts into CRM ensuring that the opt in flag is ticked. We have daily sync to campaigns, however, it appears that these new contacts are not receiving our campaigns, as they are being rejected from the workflow, or they are not syncing from the CRM to campaigns. Divergent account size
The overall size of my email account is 4418MB But when I went to look for the bigger directories I did not find anything compromising in size. Adding all the directories presented, the maximum volume occupied is 1887MB. How do I find out what is compromising the space in my account? Sorry for my poor English and thank you for everything.

I'm testing zoho desk (professional level) to see how it compares against Helpscout (which I already use). Since I use Zoho CRM then using zoho desk would make more sense. At present I'm a one person company but I set up departments because I'll be receiving emails from my clients for different things such as general support, webcare plan support, technical support etc. With my current provider I can see at a glance on my dashboard the number of tickets that have come through to each email address

Hi, I conducted an A/B test on one of my campaigns, but it seems like the campaign report only contains details regarding the emails that were sent to subscribers after the A/B test. I am also syncing this campaign with Zoho CRM and the campaign in CRM only contains the contacts that were sent emails after the A/B test. Hi, Zoho is by far the best webbased project management tool i've used! I do have a question: Is it possible to configure the tasks not to count weekends? Hi team , i have created a business mail ID just a couple of days back with hexecon.com domain. Tested few from mine (ajay@hexecon.com) to my colleague(arun@hexecon.com) was delivering fine and outgoing mail looks fine to gmail & outlook also. today i tried forwarding some mails from my old gmail ID to Zoho ID things changed.Forwarded in the morning and till now its not received in by Zoho inbox. No any error delivery report or any thing received MX record , SPF record & DKIM record are all configured

Your account have too many concurrent active sessions, so access is blocked now" I believe that access is my own because I constantly access my email and my browser does not stay connected.
