I'm trying to sync a new list from Zoho CRM in Zoho Compaigns and it's been "awaiting" for the last hour and a half. How do I get the list to sync?
Not able to "save" a "new event" in ZoHo CRM

Search in mail does not work
im trying to find something in my email search but it keeps coming up saying no messages match the search criteria. No settings were changed. it used to work and now it does now. i know its in my zoho email but i cant search for it i can only find it manually.

How to get value of field in current record
Hi, I have a table called 'Classes' In that table, I have a field called "Class1" - it is a drop down field. On the action "On user action", I want to save the value that is in the field if a user removes that value. So, if the value in Class1 == null, I want to know what it was before it was removed and save that value in a variable. This gets me the value that is in the field before it was deleted. ctemp1 = Classes [ID == input.Class1]; How do I save that value though after the field value

So i finally got down and dirty linking our zoho crm to invoices. What an improvement in look. AND you can send invoice that can be paid online. GREAT. BUT as usual a bit half cooked. I could find no way of bringing over the price books from zoho crm so i then needed to role the whole experiment back. What a waste of time again. Please Please could we integrate them so they work in the real world or did i miss something.

API Limit Question
Hey Everyone, I have a question regarding the API limits. I've noticed that when integrating the API with our website. The way that I wrote the code calls an API request each time someone accesses the information. If there are only 4,000 request per day and let's say we have 100 active users on at a time then that will get eaten up really quickly. Are there any best practices out there that will only call the API when needed? One solution I can do is just call an API request and get all the information

My company email address keeps getting blacklisted in Zoho servers, anyone else having this issue?
My company email address continues to get blacklisted (marked as SPAM) by Zoho Servers. This has happened about 3-5 times in the last 6 months and the impact is that emails never make it over to Zoho Desk. Every time I contact Zoho Support they eventually get back to me (not timely I will add) and say they have added the email to the SPAM list and the issue goes away. Why does this keep happening and what can be done to prevent it? Thanks, Hunter
Alternate version of same data
Is there a way to display an alternate version of a data in certain layouts ? For example, I have a radio button field with two choices : Yes and No. In a "list" layout, I would like this data to show as Y or N instead of Yes or No (...or show as X or "empty"), but I still want the data to show as Yes or No in other types of layout. Is there a way to create an alternate version of this data and indicate which version to use in which layout type? Thanks for your help!

Someone sends mail with my name
Good morning. For a month I receive a "rebound" email every few minutes (about every 5 minutes), which warns me that an email (which I did not send) was not delivered. At first I did not worry, I thought they were false, but then I noticed that some mails were actually present in the mail sent. Now I changed all the passwords but these mails continue to arrive. Cannot Post to My WordPress Blog
I'm using an Imac G5 PPC with Tiger 10.4.7. When I try to set up my WordPress blog on Zoho Writer in order to publish posts to it, Zoho Writer keeps saying it can't reach my blog--wrong user name or password. I have triple, triple checked. My user name, password and blog name are all absolutely correct. So far, I've tried it using Zoho on Netscape 7.2 and Firefox 2.0. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Group Email Question
Question, We have a small Club and we setup 4 email accounts so far, just for the Club "Officers".. If we set up a "group" with an associated email address, will all "officers" receive the same email sent to that group email address? I am looking for a way to add an email to our website say for example: "Monthly Newsletter Subscriptions", (newsletters@jacksonarc.com) so all officers will receive the request and add those emails to their list? is that possible? Escaped XML data within Note Content does not get entered.
I have instances of user-inputted data I would like to be entered into Note Content from the Zoho CRM Developer API. For the majority of the XML data I submit to Zoho, in Leads and Contacts for example, I'm able to escape user-inputted data. I've handled this by wrapping the user inputted data in <![CDATA[...]]>. However, when I try doing the same for Notes, specifically the "Note Content" field, the field comes in blank to my Zoho CRM. I believe this is a bug in Zoho's CRM system.
