I need help on getting my account reset on the domain verification section
After domain verification I try to create the first mail account on the domain. I was able to add the first admin account and tested accessing the mail. I went back to the process on the domain verification again but I can't proceed. It's asking me to create the first admin account wherein I already created mine. Can't go to the Control Panel either because it takes me back to domain verification. Please help!

Hello, as for my online shop platform owener recommendet zoho mail i've register, get thought usual steps, but find myself blocked cause i coudnt confirm my domain with none of the 3 methods so ive contacted the platform and they asked for the cname data so then can do it for me. Cannot add a user (Already in another organization)
Hi! We are trying to add dtapia@indices.com.co to our Zoho Campaign account but it's saying she is already part of another organization. She tried logging into a campaigns before and it tried to make him setup a new company rather than log into our main campaigns account. Now when I try to add her as a user within our campaigns account, it says she's already part of another one. Can you please clear out dtapia@indices.com.co from any organization, please. Thank you.

Hi Team, I've created 3 users and 1 of them got created successfully but the 2nd and 3rd (admin@ewayinfosystem.com, info@ewayinfosystem.com), have been placed in the Invitation List and shows up as pending. Create Adjustments When Matching Banking Transactions In Mobile App
Hi there, When we receive payments, some bank fees have been removed. In the web version, we match the payment to the invoice and create and adjustment. However, in the app, the amount must be exact. Can you guys add the ability to create adjustments so that we can match payments to our invoices on the app? Without this, the banking feature on the app doesn't help us accomplish anything. Guys, is there a way to disable the auto-correction feature? It's really a pain. I write in spanish and I get corrections like: envíos for envois automático for automatic And it is annoyingly insistent in making the change. If I backspace, correct and space again, it would still insist in changing the word. If it can't be turned off by the user, I'd suggest you just disable it in general. Seriously, it bothers more than it helps whatever the language. Even when I need to write in English.

Hi, The dropdown button coming by default in Zoho Creator is not practical for quick viewing/editing a field (very often you open the record just below!). To avoid this problem I have created a Custom Action called 'Edit' which is much easier to use (it is not a dropdown-list). This is better but not fully satisfying as I am viewing records more often that I do edit them. How to create a 'View' button in custom action? I could not find a command for that. Regards, Chris

I've setup a test account using my personal email so I can see how it will look to an end user, however i can't login as I've no password. Zoho mail on iphone
I have been using Zoho mail on the Iphone mail app, setup as an imap account. I would like the app to give me a notification, when I recieve an e-mail. But right know, the e-mails does not show up in the iphone mail app, unless I do a manual update. I dont have this problem with imap accounts from eg. gmail.
Is there a way to get a direct link to an attachment in the Knowledge Base?
We would like to include direct links to attachments in the Knowledge Base to use in email templates both to clients and between departments since there isn't a way to create templates with attachments already attached. However, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do this. Is this possible?
