How can I create a custom button for mailchimp to send lead to a list in mailchimp.
Comments - Editing and adding Documents
Can we have the option to edit comments, add hyperlinking and some additional formatting? Font colors, sizes, etc... Also, adding documents to a comment is cumbersome and just over thought. Can you change that to a simple upload attachment button? The drag and drop feature doesn't work for me (literally, it doesn't work at all) and is just unnecessary.

Filter by email status
I get results when I filter by email status only for individually sent emails but not for mass emails. I haven't been able to find anything that specifies if this is how email filtering works, only for individual emails not mass emails. So I'm wondering is that how the filtering works or is there an issue with the email status filter?

Paypal Within the Portal
A few years ago, there was a problem where Paypal payment notices were not getting back to forms in the Portal. So if the form connected Paypal and the user made a payment, the On Add/On Success event of the form did not know that the payment had been made and never completed the transaction. Does anyone know if that has been fixed? Can I put a form that uses Paypal in the Portal and have it receive Paypal notices reliably? Thanks Jon

Zoho Desk Email forwarding is rejecting for 1 in 4 emails
Please help. Over the last month we had 900 emails sent to my company support email which flows through Google Apps for Business to Zoho Desk via a hard forwarding rule. Changing Email Address
Hi, When I set up a new email account I missed out the dot (.) between the users first name and surname. I set everything up and then afterwards when it was realised I went back in and created an alias and made the email address with the dot (.) primary but I must have left something out because when I try to send an email from that account, there is no drop down to select the name with the dot (.) and it is showing as from the name without the dot (.) yet failing everyone/returning mails as un-sent.

sync with iOS
I have my Zoho CRM calendar synced with Zoho Calendar. I have Zoho calendar set up to sync with my iPhone calendar. Everything was set up using the instructions found here: https://www.zoho.com/calendar/help/user-guide/synchronize.html The problem is that Events and Tasks from my zoho CRM calendar are not showing in my iphone calendar. Any feedback or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated. Also, is it possible for Zoho's calendar to pull from iOS calendar so that both calendar's are in sync?

Unable to search old mails
A search by keyword doesn't show emails beyond 6 months. Does this mean that they are archived or hidden? When I scroll down the inbox they show up, but don't when searched for with keyword. Can anybody explain/help? Thanks

Can't delete invitation to Email
I'm having trouble adding a new user in our control panel for morrispaint.com. I am trying to add chad.simmons@morrispaint.com but I keep seeing a red error that flashes by so fast I can't read it and the user is not added. It seems that the user is showing up in the Invited Users list for some reason. I've deleted the user from the list several times now, but it keeps coming back and I cannot add the user do to this.

Zoho account blocked for concurrent sessions
Another zoho account of mine, coreykenneth@zoho.com, was blocked for concurrent sessions. I only access my account from one laptop and one cell phone, but I think a mismatch with my browser and email settings caused this; my email settings keep me logged in until I manually log out while my browser settings require me to log in anew every time I visit. But I need it unblocked as soon as possible. Thank you.
