Importing csv - data Custom Module data has a lookup field to Contact
Custom module has a lookup field (Firstname + Lastname) from Contact. I have multiple Contacts with the same (Firstname + Lastname) but they are not duplicate records. When I import Custom Module data, it links the lookup field to just one contact. This is understandable because Contacts require (Firstname + Lastname) to be unique. How can I get to link the lookup field in Custom Module to the correct Contact in this situation without fiddling with the names to make them unique?

Clueless about DKIM
Hi a little while ago my email started flashing up my DKIM was not correct. So I went to follow the instructions today and on go daddy it said the record is already there. Now I clicked verify, it was already enabled. Now the box has vanished, so am I okay to go? Is there a way to test the settings are okay now? Thank you, it's a bit of a foreign language to me, but my emails have not been reaching certain people and some of them are clients.
HTML Signature preview works but doesnt on the email
so when trying to create a custom signature for my company, I add the new signature, add the html, looks great and I save it. The problem is that when im composing an email, the logo is absent, as well as some other information and some is presented plainly. This could really be a deal breaker, I'm happy with zoho but will change for sure if this can't be fixed Thanks for the help in advance

In free account I can create 25 users + referrals up to 25users. In pro account package How many users I can create ? and would I manage and view all users from adminstrator control panel

Activesync and iOS mail app...
Recently I have been unable to receive new email via push active sync. As soon as I open the app it goes and fetches new emails but it never pushes. I have another activesync account set up not with zoho, and I am able to get mail almost instantly. So it makes me believe there is an issue with zoho? Any ideas?
Mail Merge and Text Boxes
I am trying to get the mail merge data to be inserted into a text box. The problem is the mail merge data is inserted outside of the text box. I can type inside the text box just fine. I leave the curser blinking inside the text box, but when I click to insert the mail merge field the curser automatically goes outside the text box.

Merging Labels using Zoho Writer
I'm trying to print Shipping Labels - there are 4 labels to a Letter-sized sheet (2 across, 2 high). The Avery # is 6878. I have setup a 2x2 Table in Zoho Writer and added the merge fields to each of the 4 cells in the Table. But when I merge it to several Contacts, the 1st page is 4 labels to the 1st Contact, the 2nd page is 4 labels to the 2nd Contact, and so on. Is there any way to force Zoho to merge once per Contact ? Or should I be doing this a very different way? I should be getting the 1st

Hi, I have recently set up a domain and pointed the MX records correctly. I can send email but if someone tries to send me one they get a message not delivered. How to populate a drop down field with data from last two records fetched from another form
I just don't know why this does not work. I'm fetching all the records from form "Received_Ingredient" in which the "Grains" field is "Rye". I want to populate a drop down field, "Rye_Lot_Number" with the "Lot_Number" in the latest two records. I think the last two records will be the first to be fetched, but if not I can sort by a date field in each record. I am trying to get a number from US Format "11.11" to European Format "11,11" using strings and the built in function: "replaceFirst". However I found an interesting behaviour: tmp_string_price_ = "abcde"; tmp_string_price = tmp_string_price_.replaceFirst("c",","); returns "ab,de" as it should be however tmp_string_price_ = "ab.de"; returns ",b.de" Correspondingly, it seems that an "." is found at the first position, even if is not what I have stored in that string. Tried domain re-mapping to my website and now can't get into support again
I tried to re-map zoho support to my website domain but must have got something wrong. Now everytime I click the zoho support it takes me to a dead page on my domain and I can't get back into zoho support to change the settings. When I click in send and receive I get the dialog box to retype the password. I insert many times but I receive error 0X800CCC92. I change password, disable and enable POP access and nothing. IMAP protocol funcion normaly.
