When I want to send an automatic email notification and when the request has been accepted or rejected, it works if I "edit" the Vacation Requests Report, but if I just want to click on the custom buttons (Approve, Reject) it doesn't work, the notification will not be sent. Do you know what I can do to avoid

Why date formats are not compatible with Creator? YYYY-MM-DD
We are users of creator and recently started creating triggered emails to submit forms directly into Zoho Creator. Problem is that in Creator we use the YYYY-MM-DD format for all dates, as this greatly improves sorting functions etc. But when trying to send date information form Survey triggered events, you can not choose the date format of YYYY-MM-DD!!! It only allows for the American and British method of dates formats! Can this be fixed or improved!!!

Transfer of applications from creator workspace to developer workspace
For the past three weeks I tried to get my applications transferred from my normal creator workspace to my developer workspace. The sollution from customer support is to export as ds file and import resulting in the loss of all my records in the applications-database. Record Count Issue / Usage Details
Went into our usage details this morning and saw that we had 85,000 records of 100,000 available. In order to reduce the number of records, I did a backup and downloaded and exported the application as a file and then proceeded to delete 2 years worth of our oldest orders in the system to see how much this would reduce the record count. After deleting these "orders" and refreshing the usage details, our record count went UP by 10,000 records to 95,000/100,000. It's not possible that we input 10,000

Mail from Gmail hosted domain does not get delivered to my zoho domain
Is there a way to track emails sended from Gmail hosted domain to my zoho mail domain, there are emails coming from two accounts at gmail (control.usuarios@fovissste.gob.mx, avisooriginacion2@fovissste.gob.mx) that never get delivered to my zoho domain (alradelsur.com), is there a way to show a possible error on Zoho side? Creator Page w/ Multiple Charts
Hello - I'm creating a Page in Creator to show multiple charts to customers. It seems that when you embed a chart into the HTML, the charts are full-width and full-height. Is there any way to limit the chart dimensions, and have multiple charts next to each other (in half-page columns) instead of full-size on top of one another? Also, is it possible to make Pages responsive or is this not supported? If anyone has any Page templates that sound similar to this, would love your guidance! Thanks Brian

How to disable approval for email groups
I would like to have an email group like enquiry@mydomain.com where anyone visiting our website can drop us an email. This email will then be forwarded to 3 of our staff. However, whenever an email is sent to enquiry@mydomain.com, I need to manually approve it before it gets forwarded. Can I remove this approval process altogether? I have already set group access level as Everyone.
