I have received a message that I am blocked from sending Email, when I check the error it states the reason is "unknown". I am unable to "unblock" myself as that feature in the control panel is for paid subscriptions only. I'd like to know why I am blocked and what I need to do to get myself unblocked.

I have been trying to get someone at Zoho to unblock me from sending Email. Each avenue I take Zoho wants me to Email support, um I'm blocked from sending Email. I have even Emailed Zoho from my Gmail account and I have heard nothing. I have just created a domain in zoho.com.cn, but can't get activeysnc to work. The help only lists the normal (e.g. msync.zoho.com) as server options. However these fail. msync.zoho.com.cn does resolve, and on adding a mail account to outlook or iPhones it verifies, however it is not able to download messages after the add.

Remove Contacts From a Saved Search
Is there any possibility to remove contacts from a saved search once it's been run? (Remove, but not permanently delete from my database, as that's the only option available currently). New UI - Dropdown Arrow Inconsistent

Open URL does not work after success in calendar view
I am using the calendar view, and I have scripted an openURL after success of a record. In calendar view, if i click on the little edit button or click the record, then the edit button, after success, it does not open the URL. The URL only opens if I'm in list view, not in calendar view (or summary view). Why is this happening? Descriptions
We have changed some of descriptions on our products but when we do the quote then print to PDF the old description is there even though when we check the product itself its what we changed it too. Beside the actual product do we need to change this elsewhere?
