Reporting user actions
We would like to export a list of all actions each user has performed. We have integrated custom events we are sending to SalesIQ and can see on-line live. However we would like to do some statistics on this and need an ability to export info across users. Is there a way to export actions a user performs?

I'm in a mess with numerous zoho accounts on numerous different email addresses. Can i get an overview of everything i own
Over the years I have set up multiple accounts with multiple apps for my clients, colleagues etc. Im now in a complete mess and cant' work out which emails are with which apps and which subscriptions i've paid for etc. Ridiculous I know. Is there a way of getting a full report on all my possible email addresses so that I can shut downn any old acocunts, make sure I know exaclty what apyments and subs are running etc? Problem in adding task list through API

Search doesn't find anything after Dec.19, 2016
Zoho Mail Search does not return any results after December 19, 2016. Attached are the following snapshots: 01-Inbox-VideoInSenderAndSubject.jpg 02-OldVersionSearch-Dec19.jpg 03-NewVersionSearch-Dec19.jpg In File 01, the keyword video appears in the sender field of the first email message, and it occurs in the subject field of the last email message. Both emails are dated Jan. 27, 2017 File 02 shows that running the old version, results are only returned for email messages on Dec. 19th and earlier.

Ticket can not get customer's email response from 2nd time response.
Hello ! We are testing zoho desk to manage tickets. When customer(my test account gmail) made a ticket then I can reply then customer can reply my email. But I don't know why ticket can not get this customer email, when customer response my email 2nd time. There is no spam folder and any where. So customer responses are disappeared from 2nd time response. This is really critical issues. Is there any solution for that ?

Hi - we have missed 24 hours of emails since yesterday at 0925hrs - I know some have gone missing as we have been contacted by telephone to check on an e-mail that was sent - but didn't arrive - I have also sent 2 test e-mails to myself this morning but they haven't arrived - is there something I should be doing? Linking Bugs to Project Tasks
Could you please tell me if there is a way to link bugs to project tasks? Or vice versa? What I would like to see is how many or which bugs are linked to which project tasks. Currently it seems bugs can be linked to a milestone but not task list or task. Please help?
Trying to get my sign up form to work - confirmation URL error
Looking for some help here. I went through Zoho Campaigns, set up an email list and a sign up form. Used a generic template - customized the color and the font, but that's it. Embedded the code on my website, published and then tested it. I got the subscription confirmation email, but then when I clicked on the "Confirm Subscription" button, it brought me to a page that said: Problem in Confirmation. Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please check whether the URL has been entered correctly.
COMPOSITE PRIMARY KEY
My form has three fields A,B,C forming a composite key. How do I enforce an "on add" script so mass-loading of data will be filtered: only lines with composite key A+B+C that are unique and not duplicating existing records will be inserted? Thanks! Why am I getting this message when I have registered my domain with Zoho? One would have thought that all the configurations would be automatically be done by Zoho if you purchase the domain from them. Please create a quick search at the top which is always visible and will do a simple search of all profiles regardless of type.. Currently if you want to search for a contact, you have to click several times before you get to the appropriate search box.

How to make an embedded calendar mobile responsive
We are using Zoho Sites to host our website, and we embedded our group calendar on one of the web pages. So far so good. However, when accessing the site from a mobile phone, the calendar isn't responsive. Should it be responsive? Is there a setting that has to be made for this to work?

Create a group for Tasks
Hello, I am trying to create a group for tasks. The goal is to create a "manager" group, then I could assign tasks that would be visible to all the managers. When I log into webmail, and select Tasks on the left, I see groups. Unfortunately, there is no PLUS sign for me to add or create a group. I then logged into the Control Panel, and created a group there, but I still dont see the group under tasks. Thoughts?
Contacts Not Opening My email Campaign
When I send out my monthly email campaign, I have noticed that a very high percentage (80-90%) of the contacts do not open my email. I realize of course many people will not open certain emails. However, those percentages just seem high and they have been consistently that high ever since I started Zoho Campaigns.. Any reason as to why?

Hello, My end goaI is to build a similar metric to the Happiness Rating that can be found in the Reports section of Zoho Desk. In the deals module want user to select the number of locations from a picklist or lookup and then have both the number of locations as well as the amount saved to 2 fields in the deals module. Need to specify "OR" operator when setting criteria for displaying a view
From the docs: To set criteria for a view URL format for setting criteria with "=" (Equal) operator is given below http://creator.zoho.com/<app owner name>/<app name>/#View:<view name>?<FieldName1>=<FieldName1 Value> &<FieldName2>=<FieldName2 Value> This allows for criteria of the form <criteria 1> AND <criteria 2> as I read it. I need the form <criteria 1> OR <criteria 2>. There's other logic operators listed but no OR. Is there some way to use an OR in this situation?
