Not able to send mail to AOL email addresses
I am unable to send email to AOL email addresses. I can send and receive email from all other email addresses. There isn't an issue with AOL because I can send email to AOL email addresses using my gmail address. Every time I send an email, i get the below error message: ----- The following addresses had fatal errors ----- [Status: Error, Address: <abc@aol.com>, ResponseCode 421, mtaiw-mbc01.mx.aol.com Service unavailable - try again later]

I am trying to input data from Salesforce. I successfully imported Accounts, Contacts and Deals. However, now I am in the process of trying to import Tasks. I have structured the CSV file so that each Tasks is associated with the Zoho Deal ID and Contact ID (I got these by exporting the data from Zoho). However, when I go to the Import function within Data Administration, there doesn't seem to be a corresponding field to map to. For example, Task ID is mandatory. What is Task ID If it is hasn't

Deluge - Access Creator Records from CRM
Hey team, Has anyone got any examples of accessing Creator records from CRM? I want to add a button in my Potentials CRM View Detail page that gets the Deal ID, looks up that Deal ID in a Creator Module and then adds a record to another Creator Module. I would have expected there to be something similar to Zoho.creator.searchRecords() but the creator service doesn't exist. Any ideas? Cheers, James.

Email Account Disabled Again!
This happened a week ago, I stopped receiving email and realized a few days later my account at rene@renemichaels.com was disabled in the zoho mail settings. I clicked on "disabled" and was able to enable it. But today it happened again but this time if I try to enable it, nothing happens and it is still disabled.
Mass update not working on Report page for Campaign
I'm trying to update a field based on which users have clicked on a campaign. There is an option to choose "Mass Update" and then choose a field to update. I have created a field called "followup" and I mass-update this field to "true." I get a popup saying the update was successful. How can I reload a HTML page opened as a dialog?
I have a HTML page with a list report and a stateless form embedded to it. This page is opened in a dialog to show info about the selected record. I wish the HTML page gets reloaded when I click on 'Update' button on stateless form. I already tried openUrl("#Script.page.reload", "same window") and it works if this page is loaded on whole window, but when it's opened as a dialog it reloads parent page. Any tips on how can I achieve this behavior? Using iframes maybe?
