Hi, I'm trying to sum some hours on my spreadsheet, but every 24 hours I get back to zero. How can I solve this or at least go around of it?
Adding contacts to campaignes already released
Hello, could you pleas advise with one simple problem: after releasing campaign I would like to send it to some more contacts that came to the mailing list after releasing it. In ZOHO CRM it is easy - I simply sending email, choosing template, I can add new contacts to campaign already released. In CAMPAIGNS I can find simple solution. Pleasee addvise how to do it with 'two clicks'
Zoho Campaigns Wordpress Plugin Issues
Several Issues with Zoho Campaigns Plugin: 1) the plugin is causing my drop-down MENU links not to work on the page that the form shortcode is inserted into 2) the plugin [shortcode] does not appear to be "Responsive" Can you please quickly help me resolve? Email Alerts are blank
Hi there, I'm wondering if someone else is experiencing the same issue: my email alerts have started to be blank (no body copy, subject still there) for the last few hours while they were fine earlier. I've checked everything (different alerts, different emails etc..) and the problem persist. Anyone else? ps: note that I have reported this to Support
How can I log a new enquiry for an existing Account
I am looking at introducing the Zoho CRM system to our company and am trialling the Enterprise version. I like the way you can progress from a Lead to an Account. However, in our business its typical that an existing account will enquire about an additional service or product we offer and it is not considered a DEAL yet (ie enquiry about information not price). I'd like to log such enquiry in the CRM system under the ACCOUNT and on a regular basis run some analytics on the type of enquiries by date.
Email delay
Hi, We were facing delays yesterday in incoming mail for one application of auto verification but for password recovery it was instant. Both of them come in from support@gokoble.com and APIs are same for both Any reason why this occurred yesterday (March 28th) in one application and not the other?
Cannot send request using Zoho as a service
So we have a website and after user registers , we want to send an email. But it seems like Zoho service is not allowing us to send mail, and giving an error : { Error Message failed : 553 Relaying disallowed error as noreply@hydra,com }, instead of having correct email address and password.
zoho forms height problem
Hi, I have a form with rules. When a specific option is selected, it display new fields. My problem is when the new fields appear, the height of the form remains the same and in one particular form, it makes the "submit" button to disappear. I tryed height:auto or height:100%... but noting works. If if choose to specify the height in pixels, the forms doesn't adapt when the new fields appears. someone can help me ? Thanks

How to verify I own the domain when using Wordpress.com and Namecheap?
Hi, I have exactly the same question as https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/how-to-verify-i-own-the-domain-when-using-wordpress-com-and-namecheap , but the answer in this one seems to be out-of-date. At lease the video in the answer was no longer available. So I also use namecheap with wordpress and am now trying to setup zoho. But since using wordpress with namecheap requires me to use "custom DNS" which doesn't allow me to change things in the "Advanced DNS". So I'm really lost now.
Web-To-Case: Account appended to Contact Name

When we submit a case with an Account and Contact, the system creates a User account in the format {Contact Name} {Account Name}. Is there a way to have the account created in accounts, the user under the account and a ticket associated to the user and account?

Hi guys, Need urgent help. Unable to signup for a domain we already own - dexton.com.au. The phone number has already been verified. I bought a domain from zoho and I have yet to receive it
In order to set up email I am told I must verify my domain. Elsewhere I have read that if I bought my domain from Zoho, I needn't do anything but set up my email accounts. I have received no communication about my domain.I am this close (picture my thumb and forefinger impossibly close together) to pulling the plug and asking for my money back. Any ideas?
Quotes module needs ability to insert products or reorder product line items

Hi Not sure if this has been discussed before but can't find any reference to it. I have been filling Inquiry forms on suppliers websites but getting no response from them. Redirecting Individual Emails

Trying to be to clever
I have created a ToDo form and have two other forms, let's call them A and B. Todo's can be either general or specific to either A or B. So what I did was create a subform, first in the A form and then another in the B form. Went to the Todo view added a look field to the A form and another lookup field to B form. No problems with the on the A side but there's something wrong with the B form. On the B form when I click "Update" i get a spinning icon and "please wait" but this never goes away. I get
