Site Missing after subdomain creation
I created 2 sub domains gurukul.shrinidhi-enterprises.in and mediclain.shrinidhi-enterprises.in to my paid domain shrinidhi-enterprises.in. a) I am able tp publish gurukul. but mediclaim even after a day still asking for domain creation while publishing. b) I have a site in the same name as shrinidhi-enterprises.in. When I am the assigned agent on a ticket, and I want to split off a reply into a new ticket, I want that to keep me as the agent on the newly split ticket. Prior version automatically kept me as the agent on the newly split ticket. How can that be accomplished that in the new version? thank you Jim

How to import opportunities?
Hi all, I set up a couple of opportunities in the CRM itself, then exported them so that i had the correct field's etc for my larger import. I have created the spreedsheet to import and i think i have set up everything ok, except for two issues. 1) i am told that zoho cannot find the parent account with the account id that i have supplied (even though i have checked and they all like up to the correct account id) 2) i am told that zoho cannot create the opportunity with a blank opportunity id...

I have an application that processes salary of employees and I need to create an HTML page to shows the records with details monthly of the processing. In there page must conste the details of the organization and other information, but the data must be showed monthly selecting the month in some field of type "select". Hi, We have created web page with Zoho sites and it has been published already in Zoho as www.meshworkswireless.com. Undortunately the domain is registered (by us) elsewhere and DNS mapping is directing to old pages hosted by old service provider. We do have auth code for domain DNS mapping. Trouble Connecting Outbound Website Email to SMTP
Zoho Support, I’m having all kinds of trouble trying to setup smtp email via my website. I’ve tried several different plugins, all give me an authentication error - as you can see from the log below. I’ve ensured that email routing is set to ‘remote mail exchanger’ in cPanel. I’ve verified I’m using the correct MX records, that my domain is verified and that I’m using the correct credentials. Other attributions such as item's name, Quantity level, Quantity in stock were successfully imported to the system, while the column of unit price all showed 0. Display Issues with Outlook and Zoho CRM Plug In
Since installing the CRM Plug In for Outlook all of our staff are experiencing display issues in Outlook, such as black boxes and other graphics failures. Is there a fix for this? Our work around is to close and then reopen Outlook, which is not a great fix.

I am trying to add a Line Item field to the quote template that lists the products in numerical order as they are added to the quote. For example if I add 5 different products to the quote the Line Item field should show Items 1 thru 5 on the quote. Map Customer/Account Locations
One of the common requests I get from our sales team is the ability to plan a route for the day/week using the customer information we have in Zoho. In other words, if they are visiting a customer who happens to be at 123 Main Street, Anytown, 60699, what other customers are in a certain radius of that address.
