Map Customer/Account Locations
One of the common requests I get from our sales team is the ability to plan a route for the day/week using the customer information we have in Zoho. In other words, if they are visiting a customer who happens to be at 123 Main Street, Anytown, 60699, what other customers are in a certain radius of that address. Currently, some download a customer list and import it into a separate mapping software. Is there anything that works with Zoho CRM so they don't have a secondary step? Thank you! John Galich

How long do webhooks take to be called?
Hi folks I've been setting up a website integration with Zoho Subscriptions which fires a webhook when a subscription is created. Up until earlier today, the webhook seemed to be called instantly on creation of a subscription. However during testing this afternoon we discovered what appeared to be a problem... the webhook did not appear to be being called at all. Dear Zoho, At this moment all our accounts and the data are located at the zoho.com (us) accounts. We want to switch to our zoho.eu accounts and migrate all our date or clone at once. Hello, I would like to know if there is any Microsoft One Drive Integration in current version of Zoho Projects.. If there isn't, can you tell me if it is in your short-term plans? Update: what I would like to be able to do is to keep every document related to projects shared within each project. The problem is that it will easily exceed 100Gb. Hello all, I'm not necessarily an expert but I wanted to know the sender score of the ip I am sending email through with zoho. So I pinged smtp.zoho.com, got this ip and put it in to senderscore, this is what I got back: Why is this - surely there must be enough mail sent for the ip to have a score? Custom Function Daily Limit query
Hi, I have a workflow that is triggered for all records on Create or Edit of Leads and it runs a custom function. There is only 1 user in the Zoho CRM. If they do a mass update on 200 Lead records I presume that would use up the daily limit immediately. Is that correct? Thanks, Michael
Search function broken again
I reported my search function not working in email a couple. of days ago. It miraculously started working perfectly again. Today it has now failed and I am back to scrolling through thousands of emails to find what the search function says is not there. I know for sure when I receive emails from my colleagues every day, and from other stakeholders, that emails are there yet the search continues to find zero results. Infuriating. Please can you fix this?

Hi all, I have a question about Zoho CRM webhook, and the support can't help me. I am using webhooks, triggered by workflow rules, to update data from ZOHO CRM ( accounts, leads, ...) in another application. So I have several webhooks to push updates, deletes, creation, ... for several modules. All of these webhooks are using a specific parameter ( an api token) that is not the ZOHO CRM api token !!!!! Shortcut to calendar on Android?
Is there a way to get a shortcut or widget to the calendar placed directly on my android desktop? I like the mobile Zoho mail reader but I like to have one finger press access to the calendar as I want it to completely replace the google calendar. Thanks!

Anyone using Outlook mac addon?
Trying to get the addon for Outlook to work on a Mac ( outlook for mac 2016). to get it to work, there is a small armchair on the top of the screen & you operate a drop down box. I can get it to set up a client contact but it will not ( as far as I can see) either add candidates or add mails as notes to candidates - is there some setup quirk I am missing or does this functionality not work?

The address pretty much sums it up. Opening another Contact for the same person is just doesn't do the trick. A second address also does not let you see the mailings below. What do you think?
Too much spam in inbox
For the past week or two, my inbox has been filled with spam. The spam filters still pick up some of it, but I've been having to manually delete way too many spam emails from my inbox. I haven't signed up for any websites that would result in this, and I was just wondering if there was anything that could be done to stop this? Hi I am trying to setup a filter in my email but can't seem to get the rule setup correct. I have a folder structure as follows.... Inbox > Enquiry > Accounts > Bills I have a email alias setup for each of the sub-folders.... Enquiry@ + Accounts@ + Bills@ As they all arrive I want the email to be displayed in the Inbox folder (The Inbox folder will contain all emails) but then for each sub folder to only display e-mails relating to their address. eg, enquiry@ emails only displayed in sub folder

Hi all, I don't understand if this is a problem of mine or not, but the Resource Utilization page looks misaligned. That is evident when you click on the user in the first column, to open her/his tasks.
