Just setting up Zoho CRM for our business. We are a business brokerage firm. We help people buy and sell businesses. 1) Our Leads, become Potentials, become Accounts; in our nomenclature -- Leads, Prospects, Listings. I've customized the nomenclature, but it is not clear to me how I cleanly differentiate and migrate a Potential to an Account. In our process, a Potential does not become an Account until a contract is signed to buy or sell a business. Appreciate your insights. 2) We have two types

Cannot unblock the account
Good day. Our account info @ mint . ae is blocked for exceeding the mailbox limit size. Even after some emails was deleted through Web access and mailbox size is under the limit I still cannot unblock it via admin console as I receive ea message that action is permitted only for paid users. I attempted to refresh the mailbox size and activate it via Troubleshoot menu, but it haven't helped either. Best regards.
Mailbox blocked from sending get outgoing mail
I have tried to login and unblock but is forcing me to pay for an account to unblock to send mail. Not too sure why it was blocked as I have not used my usage at all

Workflow rules
I have a workflow rule which notifies of any invoices that have our own status changed using a custom field of type dropdown which acts as our own invoice status. This should only fire if the invoice status is still "Draft" but does so in any state ? Have I set it up incorrectly or is it an error ?
Not receiving all my emails
I'm having issues with receiving all of my emails. I am a mortgage advisor and 3 separate lenders have told me they've emailed me in the last week or so but I haven't received any of them. I have received generic emails from those lenders but not the more specific ones which are often very important. I run Zoho through Outlook, any ideas on how to fix this?

spf error
Hi All, I have just started to use the zoho mail services. I have registered the domain. My account is verified and mx records are also ok. But for some reason, the spf records are not validating . i used the this spf record first v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all and the i saw on some post they said to use v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all. Blurry graphics
When I design graphics on photoshop they look and save as Jpeg and png crisp, clear and sharp but on my website they don't look the same... any ideas why?
Adding users (emails with no zoho account) to a project will not allow them to create an account
Hello, I have added new users (with no Zoho account) to my project. (refer to image 1) then I have invited them using (get more Free Project) (refer to image 2) Now we have an issue: when they tried to create an Zoho project account with their email it said: "an account already exists for this email" (refer to (error-Zoho.png) Note: they do not have accounts, and they can no longer create accounts with their email. SPF issue for Open SRS

DKIM record cannot be verified
I tried creating a DKIM record (at goodgravymedia.com), but for some reason it won't verify. I can get it to verify using the third-party tool, but when I try to verify it under the Zoho mail settings, I get the following error message: DKIM cannot be enabled for the domain as no verified default selector present

REST API for Creator is not working in zoho books
Hi I wrote a custom function in books which adds a new record in zoho creator by REST API.It was working fine. But Today I faced an error called Error due to -'1'. I don't know to solve this. The error looks awkward as it is meaningless. I tried API Integration method it works but there is no integration method for delete a record in creator which makes me sad. Unable to edit Zoho Site
I am unable to get to the Zoho Site editing,When Ever I log in to the Zoho Site it asks the user name and Password and after that It Stucks at https://sites.zoho.com/index and it shows us a black page thats it. What Is wrong in this? How can I edit my Zoho Site.

Shared report with variable filter not opening
The user with whom I've shared a report using a variable filter is not able to view the same. He encounters the time-out error. Report name is 'Dashboard-Micro-YE'. What could be the reason? I've shared the DB with support to look into this.

When creating a pivot view of data, is there a way to build a filter using the row count that Zoho Reports automatically creates? The use case is that I am using a pivot view to show individual rows of data. I want to limit the pivot report so that it does not display if there are fewer than 5 rows of data. I've tried building count aggregate formulas and use the aggregate formulas to filter the data, but this does not work because I'm trying to show individual rows, so the count is always 1.
