Zoho CRM having increasing amount of BUGS
All the recent changes and feature additions to Zoho are great. However what I'm finding is that there is an increasing amount of BUGS that are popping up. I've reported 5 in the last week with several others in the last month. What's annoying is bugs are causing existing workflows to break and it takes a while to convince support that it exists! Hello, I am adding "Tasks" on my Zoho CRM app on my galaxy s7, but when I go check to see if it has synced with the Zoho Desktop version, it does not show up there. Hello, I am working on macros in Zoho Desk to simplify our workflow. When creating a new field update can I use a variable or dynamic value in the "create assignment value" dialogue? For example, can I reference the incoming ticket's CC or subject field? I've attached a screen shot of where I'd like to enter the variable. Hi everyone! I'm having some issues to receive e-mails with attached files. I receive them, but for a reason i dont know why, i cant visualize the attached image or download it for example. I see the name of the file on the e-mail, and its size too. What is the solution for this problem? I have to change any option in the control panel? problem logging into email
I have an account with zohomail and always have problems logging in. After putting in my login details the page changes from zoho.com to zoho.eu and another login page. It doesn't matter which one I try I never get into my email. The few times it works is when I click the email app from the features page and log in there it works mostly. It'd like to know why login to email is so difficult. Thanks
