Hi, I operate an import business. I import mainly beers which arrive via a 40 foot container by sea. When a container arrives in my country I have to pay for the service of the shipping agent. This same shipping agent also charges an additional €360 security deposit for the container before the container is released to me. Reference a single script for several different events?
Hi, I have a script(Same script) that needs to run during several different circumstances (onload, on edit, on user input,etc..). Right now I have that script in 4 different places to run when various actions take place. Is it possible for me to write that script once, and reference it when each of these different events take place (onload, onedit, on userInput) ? I thought maybe a customFunction would do that, but when I wrote one, all it did was give me a button to press to execute the function.

Create Invoice in HTML view or page with information from form
Hi! Is it possible to generate an HTML view, that looks like can invoice, with autofilled fields from the ID of the form that I am filling our/editing out? I would like to have a button on the form that will pop up a page or html view in an invoice format with all the information I created a PDF of a blank invoice template, is there anyway to convert this to an HTML view? Or can I drag and drop fields to create a view or page that looks like an invoice that I can print?

Using chrome addons for expanding/pasting text
Hi there, I have a question about using text expanding/pasting addons. These addons save a lot of time by pasting sentences and phrases that are predefined. For example, I will use TU as a shortcut for "Thank you for contacting us". I use addons like Auto Text Expander or Prokeys. However, I noticed these addons don't work within Zoho Desk. Saving to Google Drive
Every time I open a Google document into Zoho writer, I get that annoying message about how it will save it to Drive, which is fine, except it keeps doing that after I click the "don't show me this again" box. Anyway, that's not my problem. I don't get to choose where the doc is saved. Shouldn't it save the doc in the same folder I opened it in? Unfortunately this isn't the case, so I spend a lot of extra time trying to find the zdoc and move it into the appropriate Google Drive folder. Anyone

Zoho Cal Sync
I installed the new Zoho CalSync app for Android and it is much easier to configure than the old DAVDriod method. I do have a question though. I have two calendars that I view in Zoho (one is mine and the other is my wife's). When I log into Zoho CalSync, it only lists my calendar on the list of ones available to sync. I went to Settings in Zoho Calendar and made sure that the other calendar was enabled to sync and it is. With the old Davdroid method I had to set up two Davdroid accounts to get both

I logged into my email on my computer yesterday and it appeared to want to reload all of my emails plus now I look my filters have all gone. If I go to my mobile phone (android), it still appears as normal. Filters seem to be working and emails list looks correct??
