One of my stock items, which has no purchase or sales history yet, keeps getting recognized as needing to reorder. I get daily messages about this, but the inventory is zero and no reorder amount given. Is there a way to fix this without having to delete that item and reenter it?

Not receiving messages from any domain web forms
Email messages submitted through our websites are not coming in. I tested with different email addresses and its all landing instantly to other email addresses, but only not landing in our zoho emails. Direct email communication works well from zoho Mail. Please help us fix the web form emails. Thanks

Create relationship between Form / Subform after import
I have imported our customers and their addresses from 2 separate files into zoho creator. I now have two forms: one customers and one addresses. I have defined addresses as subform in the customers form. What I haven't found out however is how to restore the relationship between customers and their addresses. The data was in an access db before and relationship was through a primary / foreign key 1-n realtionship. Thanks for any hint on how to achieve this (also by deluge scripting, if necessary)
Automatica Email Popping through Pop3 stopped
Automatic popping stopped working a few days ago. In order to retrieve emails though pop I need to physically click on the connected accounts, than emails do pop, otherwise automatic popping is not working. My settings are set up to check email every three minutes automatically. Please advise. Thanks.

customer portal chat configuration
How do I configure the look of the Chat that shows up on the Customer portal. I have web embeds for my custom sites, but dont know where to customize the default chat that shows up on my customer portal . Font and look does not align with the look of our support site.
New Portal or Department
I am following these instructions: https://www.zoho.com/survey/help/enterprise-setup.html When I go to Setup, there is a button that says "Create a New Department". Is this the same as "Create a new Portal"? If so, why don't Zoho's Help files get updated when changes are made? When adding and inviting users, do these users have to be CRM Plus users? Thanks.
SSL Issues: Lets Encrypt Renewal Error
Hello, I have been wondering if this gets solved soon, my SSL certificate from Lets Encrypt expired a couple days ago, it shouldn't be that hard to renew once you are able to acquire an SSL but it seems DNS is the main problem.. Can someone help us in this issue. All modern browsers will block and warn users not to check our website for not being secure and will deter anyone for using the site. Below is a screenshot of my issue.

I keep getting this response every time I try to add my domain to setup my email account.
Every time I try to add my domain I get this message: "This Operation has been restricted. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details" How do I fix this? I can't seem to get any response from the support address in the message. I can't add my auto responder until I can get this fixed. I'm new to all this computer web page setup and am learning everything by doing it, so please put the answer in context that a 5 year old child can understand. Also, how long before anyone can help?

Hi Guys, we are moving our CRM to Zoho in a few weeks, it will be a fresh start so there is no problem there, but we have also Confluence from Atlassian and we need to move the wiki to Zoho Desk KB. The struggle is that Confluence allow us to export it in HTML, XML, and PDF, but not in ".xls" or ".cvs". Is there any chance to Import it easily? Thanks in advance.

sending 15 expenses receipt swith invoice to the customer
Hi, I managed to scan my expenses receipts and attached them to expenses linked to a customer and to to project while on the road. great Zoho Books then at the end of each week, i need to send to the customer one invoice with all the expenses of the week. great again Zoho Books with all the 15 or so expenses linked to one expense invoice. But then my customers ask for a copy (pdf) of each expenses receipt... I do have them in Zoho books but i can only link 5 of them to an invoice. How do i do that

I want to create and HTML page with a report widget up and an iFrame with parameter bottom.
