A strange archiving system
Hi, I recently started using Zoho Mail (have earlier been a G Suite user) and was really confused with Zoho'a archiving process... Here's what is the most confusing: [Web Version] If a mail is in my Inbox and click the Archive button, the email can then only be seen from Inbox >> Archive filter. [via a mail client like Outlook] But I access the email from MS Outlook and archive an email via a desktop email client's typical archive button, the email is available under "Archived" folder. Signature Problem
Hi, We have changed our email signature in our email account a while ago to reflect our new website address but recently when I save my email as a draft, the email address changes to the old one in that signature. Thus, I decided to delete that signature altogether and create a new one. However, it still does the same thing, ie. showing the old website address when I save the email as a draft. Pass dates to OpenURL

Need help with rule criteria for checkbox
I need help with a rule creation. I have a check box field for yes/no. I then have another field that I want displayed if the check box for yes is checked. In the survey we are using advanced options and calculating scores . Now based on the scores we need a way that suppose a score is achieved . Let's say 10 after that the question should disappear. It should no more be present in the survey because we have maximum capping for the questions . Once we receive 10 positive responses that particular question should nor be present in the Survey .

Add link to emails that are in timeline view
Suggest adding links to an email that is shown in the timeline view for a Contact or Lead. This would be helpful to quickly access the email to see its content. A second suggestion would be to have a preview window open when hovering over an item that is shown in the timeline view. The preview window could be clicked to open the record if desired.

Prevent duplicate item on same date
Hi! When I am adding a new record, I would like my dropdown menu (that is in the form) to grey-out the items that are already recorded on the same date as the field in my form. In other words, I would like to prevent an item being double-booked on the same date. How do I do this? I would like for the dropdown of "Facade" to grey out any other items that are being used on the same date. The date is in "Date of Event". I should also mention that "Facade" is a lookup field.
