Stacked bars graph
Hi Zoho, I've created a simple graph what have negative and positive values, each one comes from different tables. Using a Stacked bars graph, it overpose negative and positive values, but when there are only negative values, for exemple, it didn't shows. shows only the columns which have both of this values (positive and negative). When I take the positive column away, the single negative values show up. OBS.: The tables are connected by lookup columns. Can you help me ?
Is it possible to set a minimum amount of records
Is it possible to require a certain amount of responses before showing the data? Let's say I put a minimum limit on 10 and make my report. If the database only has 9 records, the charts in the report must be empty.

Our company's 2 accounts "daryl@staleandco.co" and "stella@staleandco.com" while sending out emails all of a sudden with the sending address blocked message popping up. Have been trying to contact support for the past 2 days but without a response. Please assist. thanks
Issue with search in a zoho Forms report in internet explorer 11
I'm sharing a report with another Forms user. User selects report, tries to search for a record using the drop down arrows on any of the columns. User clicks on search button after typing search criteria, and nothing happens. Search works fine in Chrome but not in IE 11.

Custom Fileds in Invoice
Hi Guys While trying to add custom field to my invoices, I am do not see separate tab for Custom fields. Instead custom fields are available in same tab. When I try to create additional custom field, it by default considers data type as Text and neither ask me to select nor allow me to change the data type. Screenshot is attached. I am currently using more than 1 companies and this issue is being faced by me in respect of only one company and not others. Please advice Regards Ritwij Joshi
Limits in Standard pricing plan
I would be glad if someone could answer the following questions regarding limitations in Zoho Books Standard. I have read on the pricing page that in the Zoho Books Standard plan there is a limit to 500 Contacts. Does anyone know how this is implemented? - Specifically: If you have more than 500 Accounts in CRM (which become Contacts when synchronized with Books), where is the cut-off point? Scanning Recipts, Invoices etc
I really like the new facility to scan documents, given a pdf file etc. However, many of my receipts and Invoices are sent my mail and are in paper format only. I would like to scan them using a twain compatible scanner. When will Zoho be adding this feature? Hi, I have automatic bank feeds, but for some reason there is duplicate transaction that doesn't occur in my bank statement and owner drawings twice in the Zoho bank transactions. How can I delete a transaction? It is unmatched but there doesn't seem to be an option to delete it. Thanks

From time to time, when completing a phone call I am not set as "online" and remain in the busy status. Of course, the phone never rings, then hours later I check my status to see that I have been "busy."

Hi, I'm trying to use the following code (found on this very forum) and i'm trying to tweak it for what our company needs. What I want this custom function to do is search leads in our system by address using the searchRecords api with the criteria being the street address. Custom Function Deluge Script for creating new event in different time zones

Check for duplicates using two fields
Hi, I have a form where I enter different types of products for different countries. So the form has two fields: Country and Product. I would like to make sure that there is only one product entered (no duplicates) for each country. I can't simply set the product field to unique, as this would not allow me to have eg. 'beef' in both Italy and Spain. I there any way to have the system check whether a product already exists for a given country? thanks, Anne
Linking Modules via Lookup Field and Ability to Report
If you add a new custom module and add a Lookup field for any other entity (Leads, Contacts, etc), you can report on the relationship between the two modules. If you take an existing module, say Cases, and add a Lookup field for Leads, I would expect that you could build reports that show the relationship between Leads and Cases. Unfortunately you cannot. Why would that be?

kindly delete a user name in your database
Please help delete "information@hopkins.edu.hk" in your database. We accidentally deleted this email but cannot manage to create it again. Whenever we do so, the systems says "the user already exists", but we just cannot find this user in our list. Many thanks!

Different HTTP components have url length restrictions (for example internet explorer or the standard httpclient implementation in silverlight) that cause problems when trying to insert or update records with a lot of fields and certainly when updating/inserting multiple records.
