Need to add more data in a form
I wanna to create employee database which is in 4 parts 1. Personal information 2. Education 3. Employee details 4. Other information. Every parts has many information to collect. it's nt gud way to create in single form. I need like Step 1, 2, 3..... The Employee has to enter the data in step wise. And also i need to store in single database tables. Pls suggest any idea.
Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address

Adding App Tabs Automatically
Hello, Is there a way to add specific app tabs by default when a new Group is created? Currently I have to go to the Group Settings > Organize Apps > Enable Tasks/Events/Etc. Ideally when the new Group is created the Tasks & Events tabs would automatically appear at the top. Thanks!

What is required to ensure that image previews will be visible in the file folders? We are getting the attached message when we attempt to import a .jpeg from DropBox, whereas the same file downloaded from DropBox, then uploaded to Connect can be previewed. Please advise. Thx!
Zoho not working on SPF record.
Hi, I am using outlook to send and received emails through zoho, and today my outlook is not able to send out emails, i went to check the admin account and found out that there was SPF record problem, I did as instructed adding the txt file onto my blue host DNS Zone Editor but i am still having the same problem sending out emails. I registered my domain at namecheap.com and direct it to my host: bluehost.com, then on blue host i added the MX and also the txt. I have not experience this problem before

Upgrade issue on Zoho Docs
Hello, I am the admin of my organisation. I have upgraded myself to a 100GB plan a few days ago to be able to share more things with the 3 more users within my organisation. Today I tried to add one more user and it says I have reach my user's limit... And I realise that the 3 users I had already added have an inactive status. I don't understand... If the admin pays to upgrade to a 100GB plan it means that all users withing the organisation have to pay? They cannot keep their free plan and access

Trying to use gmail to access zoho email account
I use zoho for my company email address. I use gmail to manage other email accounts and have tried to set up my zoho account as a POP 3 account on gmail. I have followed the instructions on zoho website - used my email name@companyname.com.au and used the incoming server as poppro.zoho.com and Port 995 with SSL (and ticked SSL box on gmail) and used my zoho password (as per zoho instructions) Each time I do it i get this error from gmail Server returned error: "Authentication failed" Any assistance

When i put together a list for mass mailout in the 'to' box it shows all the people's email addresses I am sending to. Can you confirm that once sent that the recipient will only see their own address. I obviously don't want all my contacts to see each others email addresses. Thanks.

Zoho Mail not receiving mail

SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho & Google Gmail

DKIM not verifying again.
I've had my SPF and DKIM records setup correctly with my DNS (Namecheap) for darklingdesigns.com for quite a while now and all has been working fine. Now I suddenly have warnings that DKIM and SPF are not configured correctly again. I used the SPF check tool in your help article and that IS show correctly.
