Expenses in Invoices not sorting correctly
Hi, Years ago, timesheet entries would appear on an invoice in ID order - so they would show up in the order they were entered, not necessarily in chronological order. This required a re-shuffling of the entries manually to make the invoice coherent for the customer. This was fixed some time ago. At the time (looking back through the forum), it was said that expenses would also appear in date order. That is not what's happening for me. Unable to Cancel to edit Data Backup and Backup Logic Bug in Zoho
(1) I'd configured Zoho CRM , database backup for once a month. I can't change it, there is no edit / cancel schedule buttons around (see attached screenshots), now sure why I can't do it anymore. I used to be able to edit it. (2) And I figured that I configured the date wrongly and wanted to change it because Zoho has a bug. - Previusly, I set to 31st of each month. But there is a logic bug in Zoho - On Months that do not have 31 days (e.g. Sept), it will be generated on the 1st of the next month.(Oct)
Stuck with attaching Domain to Email account.
We created a Zoho account to host email. However after I verified the domain, the domain is not showing in control panel and I cannot add the domain anymore. I get an error that domain already exists. tried contacting Zoho support multiple times, but no success after trying to add MX and DKIM. this seems to be a problem with account, how can we delete the account and re create it ?

Zoho mailserver IP 135.84.81.22 blacklisted by SORBS SPAM
It looks like Zoho's mailserver at 135.84.81.22 has been blacklisted by SORBS SPAM as of 3 days ago. Is there some kind of process (other than posting here on the forums) that we can go through in order to notify Zoho when this happens? I believe this particular blacklist requires the server's owner to delist it, so it's not something that I can do myself. Importing emails in ZIP files
Hi I have set up a zoho email account but not yet amended my domain MX records to it. Before I do I wanted to migrate the emails from my old service. I exported them as eml files into .zip files and tried to import them to zoho. The import appears to work ok (no error messages) but only the first email is imported into the selected folder. Go Daddy to Route 53 to Zoho Mail doesn't work
Hi, I'm having an issue where I cannot receive email for admin@justeulogy.com. I bought the domain from GoDaddy and the name servers point to Route 53. Route 53 has the MX Records. Slow sync to mobile device
I just signed up and added a couple of my accounts, and also added a few message rules (filters) with a couple of customer folders. I also downloaded your software to my Android device. It displays the circling arrows showing that it is syncing, but it never finishes. It's been an hour and it still hasn't stopped and does not show all of my folders. Googling around, looks like there has been a number of reported issues similar to this. Is this something I should expect while using this product?

Is any one else having issues with mail not syncing in CRM? we use Zoho Mail and emails get pushed into CRM under associated contacts, but no emails are syncing since 2/4/17 for anybody in our organization. 2/3/17 is last date emails were added to CRM.
