can we have an option to Edit Shopify or other marketplace orders in Zoho? the orders do flow into Zoho, but the tax settings automatically change from inclusive to exclusive. Since the order cannot be edited, this makes the order unusable. hence, i have cut off Shopify. Any thoughts?

Calculated value in form field not showing up in Report.
Hi, I wrote a small script to calculate a CURRENT DUE value based on a few other fields. The script is below. I have it attached to run when a user EDIT’s the form. It works fine in this context. However, when I create a report and include this field (CURRENT DUE) in it, the value is incorrect. Sometimes it’s zero, other times it’s another value. But in every case so far it’s not the correct value. Do I need to attached this script to a different user action to have the CURRENT DUE value appear
SPF Record Fail
After configuring SPF records in my dns zone the warning label under the SPF Sign in the Mail Admin doesn't disappear. I also tested my configuration with super tools and it says that is well configured. So why doesn't it disappear?

can't setup additional user
Hi, I initially added 6 users under our domain, and then the next day realized I needed to add one more. Each time I try to add this user, it seems to process without any error message, but the user never shows up on my list of users. What am I missing?

Package shipment has no telephone from contact
Hello, When creating a package and shipping of a sales order the telephone is not automatically copied from the contact into the "To Ship Address". How can I make the telephone in the To Ship Address be filled with the contact telephone without me having to write it manually? Site builder not loading any pages or drop down menus
When I log into my site builder all I get is half a screen of my background. None of the drop down menus gives any choices or do anything if clicked, and any of my pages I try to load has the same issue. The actual thumbnail when choosing the site from my sites look fine. DNS Mail settings / SPF configuration Help Needed
Hello, we set up the SPFsetting on 1/12/2016, and the DKIM just now. We are setting up snapltics.com a Squarespace on steriods with incredible AB split testing for the modern one page website. 1) Can someone verify the SPF record and DKIM was setup properly (Assuming we pasted DKIM Value correctly) We send mail from our servers @ *.190 via Postfix, and use ZOHO Newsletter service and for POP3 incoming mail and some outgoing via webmail at zoho. 2) Does this "!" yellow button disappear on its own?

Zoho Telephony Twilio Issue
Hi, I have setup Telephony with Twilio. Everything seems to be working fine, I am hearing the correct messages etc, except for the most important thing. It isn't forwarding any calls to any agents. Every time is says "None of agents are available, please leave a message" etc. What am I doing wrong? I have setup business hours. I have added the agents that should be called, inputed the cell numbers etc.
