Get a list of Participant IDs from an Event
I can't get a list of related lead/contact participants on my events. My API call looks like this: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/json/Events/getRecords?authtoken=MY_AUTH_TOKEN&scope=crmapi&newFormat=2&selectColumns=Event Owner,Subject,Description,Participants I assume there's something wrong with just putting in the "Participants" field. Some of the documentation said you can put in "Contacts/Leads" as a field, which also didn't return any Participant IDs. A little stuck here, would appreciate
re-map zoho / Help desk
I tried to re-map zoho support to my website domain but must have got something wrong. Now everytime I click the zoho support it takes me to a dead page on my domain and I can't get back into zoho support to change the settings. Does anyone know how to get back to the original zoho support if a wrong redirect has been entered in the mapping setting? Where can we find the URL for my Zoho desk?

Zoho Inventory API - Examples Needed
I am about to implement a link to push Sales Orders from my X-Cart ECommerce platform to Zoho Inventory. The current documentation in the help system is very sparse and does not include enough detail to allow me to work out if I can: 1) Push Sales Orders in multiple currencies. For each item in the Sales Order, I need to be able to specify the Currency and Exchange rate. Is that possible? 2) Prior to pushing the Sales Order I need to check that the customer already has a Zoho Contact record.
Reporting with sub forms

However I want 2-3 fields from the sub form to show in separate columns in the report output, rather than in one. Is this possible with Inner Joins or an easier method ? importing leads
Hi there, I´ve just imported 20,000 contacts on leads database and everything is ok, except that all of them are under my name and not on the owners name (i have a column with that). Also the creation and modification dates are all the same day of the importing proces insted of the date&time that has the column. Note that I put the data on the same format (MM-DD-YYY HH:mm:ss) Thank you!

Hi! I am wondering if there is a way to allow users to print out their completed form once they are done--I am creating a registration form and need a paper trail as well. I'd like them to fill out and submit the form online, then print their completed form and bring it in with their check. Is this possible????
msync not working
Hi there I am connected OK to Zoho from my iPhone, but it is not receiving the emails that I can see when I look in my Inbox from my browser. In other words, nothing is being pushed to my phone. This also happened on Wed or Thu when, after several hours I received a whole load of emails in one go. Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do about it? FYI I reset the application specific password, but that didn't make any difference. Thanks
Contacts not appearing on map
Hello Zoho, An employee in my company encounters problems with the Zoho Application on his Android device. He has entered over 100 contacts and yet, when he clicks the map icon, only 2 contacts show up nearby. We tried to set the radius to maximum but still nothing happens. I am positive that the address on each contact is valid, because when I click the map icon from contact's details, I get redirected to Google Maps application, to the correct address. Good day. Since last Friday, 17th of February, when trying to send answer I'm getting following error: Error while processing the request! I've generated a couple of quotes and the report output (printed quote) is problematic in that it prints the list price and the line total at list price but even if you adjust the discount on the line item it still totals the line as listprice x quantity. Outgoing mail blocked, on paid plan, support tickets and e-mails are ignored for 3 days now

General Task list not returned by the API

I receive notifications for opened email but I can't see the incoming responses and emails. how to solve it? Cannot upgrade to paid subscription
I'm trying to upgrade Projects to a paid subscription so that I can add it to other apps already in my account (earlier today I successfully upgraded CRM to a paid plan in this account). Sending email through gmail
I am trying to set up "Send mail as" on my gmail account so that I can send mail from gmail as if I'm sending it from Zoho. I got the SMTP information from zoho and put in into gmail along with my user name and password and it will not recognize the user name and password. I tried it multiple times and it will not work. Hi Zoho Community, I'm familar with Zoho CRM Webforms but as far as I know, webforms can only create a new record in our CRM database. QUESTION : Is there a method in which a webform can UPDATE a record in zoho CRM ( given I have the record ID ) ? Can I modify my form code to update an existing record? I refer to my SQL and PHP experience where I'd just send an UPDATE to the database. If this is not the right approach, please point me in the right direction. .... or is this just not possible ?
