concatenate text fields with hyperlink fields
Is it possible to concatenate text fields with hyperlink fields? I have 4 fields: text1, text2, text3 and hyperlink. I need to have them together as: text1 + text2 (with the hyperlink hided) + text3.

Please get on top of this. No good deed goes unpunished. I simply reported (forwarded) a series of phishing scam emails to the FTC at spam@uce.gov and I'm the one that gets flagged for abuse. If everyone would take the time to report these scams to the FTC the internet would be a better place.

I have a self hosted wordpress site that I am testing salesIQ on. When I paste the html and javascript (generated by the zoho crm) in the page for my contact form, all the form validation functions disappear from the html form, and the javascript is jumbled by what looks like minification. The validation is obviously broken. Have you heard of this problem?

Viewing / Accessing multiple email accounts of my domain name through the same interface.
On the mobile phone app (android) I was able to add all my email accounts supported via zoho*. As such I am able to access all my email accounts with zoho via one interface. Hi, I want to create an email id "bdm@smjauditors.com" . But the system says that email ID already exists! SO I created another email ID "bdmsmj@smjauditors.com" and wanted to create an alias "bdm@smjauditors.com" for it. Again I am getting an error message that the email ID already exists with another account but which does not belong to "smjauditors.com"! How can this be possible? We are receiving the below error in control panel of zoho mail. SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure SPF to ensure better email delivery. Delivered Packages
Hi, In Inventory, Packaging Tab - the orders move from Packages Not Shipped to Shipped Packages and finally into Delivered Packages. I thought the orders would have cleared from this final section when the invoice was raised but my orders seem to be staying there indefinitely. Is this right and you have to manually delete the delivered packages or is there a problem with the system? Any help gratefully received.

We use zoho desk & telephony with twilio. All of our voicemails are cut off after 30 seconds. Is there anyway to configure/change this so our customer's voicemails aren't truncated?

Hi , I was surprised when I saw 21 visitors on my site in Zoho Sales IQ. At the same time I was monitoring my site on Google Analytics realtime. There the figures showed 3 online visitors. does sorting in reports work using column headers
I created a report under account and contact reports with columns for Account Owner, Account Status, Account Name and Billing City. When I run the report all the relevant information appears. I want to put the report in order by Account Owner. When I click on the Account Owner label all the records for each Account Owner are grouped together. I will do my best to explain this, bear with me: I bought $5000 worth of stock (10 products, 25 units of each product, 250 units total) which I submitted as an expense in Zoho Books under 'Supplies: Stock'. I also set up Zoho Inventory and included the 'opening stock value' ($20) for each product and used 'Supplies: Stock' in the 'Purchase Information' area.
