creating account reports problem
I created an Account and report with the columns Account Name, Account Status, Account Source When I run the report it displays each Account name and Account Status multiple times. CRM Campaigns integration gone wrong
Hi, my colleague and I are on the same organization in CRM but cannot connect in Campaigns. He tried to integrate my account with his Campaigns account and now we are stuck. He cannot remove the account integration anymore and I cannot sync contacts. 2 Problems: . Why can't we see each other in Campaigns although we are in the same realm in CRM? . Editor Style control fails to track actual style in editor text
I'd like to draw attention back to a bug I reported back in October 2015 https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/wysiwyg-editor-style-combo-box-is-broken. Not receiving email
Since 1/30/17, I do not receive emails anymore. I have gone from 10-20 emails per day to 1 email in a couple of days (not sure why those still arrive). Hi. I was creating an email for a new domain and i just didn't finish the setup, didn't verify my domain... and now i can't login cause seems that my password don't work or it's wrong. I can't recover my password because it goes to the same email address. How can i restore that? Cause i can verify that i own the domain so i just need to setup that account again. Forgot Admin password
Hi, I have forgotten the admin password to another one of my accounts, they account in question is hayley@ukcreativedesigns.com. I seem to have locked myself out of my own app
I created an app under my personal account then authorised my work email address to be the administrator and demoted my personal account to Manager. What has now happened is that regardless of which account I sign in on, it reverts to my personal account and tells me I am not allowed to access the app. I had expected that my work email address would become the CEO/Administrator and I'd go from there... I realise now that I should have kept my personal account status as CEO and left the work account
Can not send to G Suite email address
My Zoho mail can send email to a Gmail address but can't do that for a Gsuite email address (name@domain.com). Deleted emails keep coming back
In the last few days, the deleted emails kept coming back to inbox. I have tried deleting those emails in web portal and IMAP connected Android device, and then cleaned the trash. But they kept showing back up in the inbox. It's very annoying, and my inbox is getting clustered. Please fix it and/or let me know of a workaround. Thanks!

Hello there, We are using primary email service provider as gmail for our domain. We would like to utilize zoho email service for same domain such a way, when users are sending email to our gmail users it should send and receive in gmail. If user sends email to zoho users it should allow to use zoho email application for send and receive email. Could you please suggest if this is possible? Thanks

Using Full Name in Web Form
In an effort to shorten our Web Form I'd like to use Full Name rather than First Name & Last Name. I figure I can just separate it from there to populate First Name & Last Name (with a Custom Function if necessary). Or, perhaps it can be done during the form submission itself? Macros disappeared from workbook
With the recent update to Zoho Docs it seems all macros have disappeared, at least from my workbooks. I've tried downloading older versions and opening them locally in MS Excel to retrieve the macros but have not had luck so far. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

i tried forwarding myself an email, I went to my sent folder and a message says "Email is in queue, waiting to be processed." Why is this? And then I just sent an email to my zoho address from a gmail address and it's not coming in... why is this?
