Sorting my Mail
I like to keep my mail in ascending order (new messages at bottom), but after I sort my mails they revert back. How can I get them to remain in the order I like? Thanks.

Zoho Mail - Scroll bar issue on mouse over folder section of mail
Hi - When using Chrome (Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)) in Zoho Mail and you mouse over the folder area to utilize the scroll bar the scroll bar flickers and makes it hard to use and very frustrating for my users. The issue ONLY happens within Chrome! - I have tried different computers with the same result - I read through the forums and found one email scroll bar 'bug' issue with zoho mail and chrome compatability - but the post was over 9 years ago and did not apply to the issue I am having.

Mails not reflecting in customer page
Why are mails in the Inbox and Outbox of Zoho mail not reflecting on the customer page?
How can I run a report to see the last contact (notes and activities) with each account?
The only thing that I have found that comes close to what we need, which is to see when our sales team last had contact with every account, is a notes report but that gives me every single note. We just want to see the last note for every account. This is basically to see when each account was last contacted but one of our sales representatives. I'm stumped.
Zoho Subscriptions API Create Customer requires payment_terms?
This morning (9th Feb 2017) we found that all our calls to create customers using the Zoho Subscriptions API "Create a customer" call started failing, in our call we only provide the 2 required arguments "display_name" & "email", but today we are getting a response of code:4 "Invalid value passed for payment_terms" our calls work again once we provide a value for this argument. I can't get Outlook POP to work, send or receive
I followed the help page directions to the letter and also read every forum post I can find. It simply will not work. What can I do to get this working? Zoho servers are rejecting both send and receive operations. I am 100% certain I'm using the correct password. Help!!!
Unsynced Records not sending
Hi The main reason we are trying out Zoho Forms is so we can get users to fill out the forms on a tablet on site and they will sync when they get back to a branch with wifi. I'm sure I tried this with a different form and it work, ie. when Wifi became available the forms sent without any extra user action. Report data hidden from view if auto-filter is disabled when an auto-filter is currently selected
Just a head's up for a clearer user experience. If user is viewing a report and selects an auto-filter. Then user goes to the application report settings and disables that auto-filter. Then user reloads the application report. User is no longer able to see report data (presumably due to the report 'saving' the auto-filter as part of the current way of displaying the data). Report should remove auto-filter that have been selected from the user's report view when admin disables the given auto-filter
Can I somehow remove 'old fields' in pivot table view?
If I change "field type" from numerical to decimal in a zoho form, it creates the following "redundant" fields in pivot table report settings (see screenshot). I'm just wondering if it is safe to remove the 'old' numerical fields and if so, how does one remove them? Thanks. Brady
Is there a limit to the number of months that will show in the date auto-filter?
I have data in an application with a date field from Jan-2012 through Feb 2017. Auto-filter by date is enabled. When looking at this filter in my application report, I only see options to filter by month from Jan 2012 - March 2016. Is there a reason for this?
Tickets going to SPAM
Hello; Over the past 2 weeks, we have been seeing more of our legitimate tickets get created and routed to SPAM, and periodically what would have previously been marked as SPAM does not. Have there been some recent changes in the SPAM filtering criteria? Can this be corrected? Thanks

Concatenate fields from multiple modules
Hi I am trying to concatenate fields (lookups) from 2 custom modules. But does not seem to work. Concat(${Categories.Category Name},' - ',${Manufacturers.Manufacturer Name} Both Category Name and Manufacturer name are lookup fields in their respective modules. It works well when I try to concatenate fields from the same module that I am currently in, but provides a syntax error the moment I try to pick a field from another module Can someone help?

Hello, I accidentally deleted my account from Admin Control Panel, it's contains important emails, so I want to recover it.
Suggestions
1. Interview module : The record type of Date and time restricts us to filter out the total no. of interviews on a particular date since we have to type the time slot all the time . It could have been more simpler if both the fields are segregated and are made mandatory since these are the important aspects of an interview session. However, the combined field is creating a constraint in generating an exclusive filter for no. of interviews on a given date. Kindly check if this feature can be amended.

As a developer, I was configurating zoho smtp from my cloud server. I sent something like 15/20 email to the same address, and then got 'noreply@yumami.it' blocked. Is there a way to create columns? I wish to create a master document for a printed flyer. The printer has given me the dimensions as being standard A4 long but 100mm wide. Creating a column would make this process a lot easier.
