Can we have more 'Project Status' options?
I would like to classify my projects other than just Active or Archived. Indeed, projects exist in real life in many other states, for instance: > In Pre-planning > Not Started, inactive > On Hold (for a variety of reasons) > Complete (but not Archived) etc, etc Ideally I'd like to be able to customize this list myself, but at the very least a few more status classifications should be introduced. Zoho please comment.

Cannot disable Restrict Sign In on OneAuth app
An employees downloaded the One Auth App and enable restrict sign in. Any time she attempts to sign in to desktop, an error tells her to go to the oneauth app and disable restrict sign in. She claims to have done this and deleted the app, but still she cannot login. Any suggestions? I'm unfamiliar with the app.

"Account is Inactive" - please help!
My email address - jarold@gadgetmatrix.com - was working perfectly until a couple of days ago. Then all of a sudden I couldn't log in to the site. The error message is that my "Account is Inactive". I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as it is my primary personal business email account. I even couldn't log in the the support forum with an inactive account. I have created this new account just to get access to the support forums and to ask for urgent support, please. Thank you in advance.
Missing Email - Android App

Hi, I'm trying to set-up zoho so that we can feed all our emails in. We use a single email address that is used by multiple people to address customer issues. We use a Microsoft shared exchange that is handled/provided separately from where our website is hosted and separately from our registrar. Report showing a decimal form field as Single Line.
I have a few fields that are decimals in my application's form but are (I believe) being presented as "single line" or some other field type when I try to create a report. See "Bakery" field - It is a decimal in the form in screenshot 2, but has a "Capital Letter T" next to it in the create a pivot table/chart report field list (screenshot 1). I can't "sum" this field on a pivot table so it seems quite clear that zoho doesn't think it is a decimal field...even though it has decimal content in the

soft bounce email addresses disappear from campaigns
a number of emails imported from CRM soft bounced on an email campaign sent in Feb 27th 2015. The emails did not transfer to hard bounce but completely disappeared from Campaigns. How do I re-instate as they are all to a key client! Zoho said they would fix but we have just found out they haven't been!

I need to set a field value in a table based on a set of aging buckets. For instance. Hello, My e-mail account has been disabled. I have used this address for over 2 years. I updated my password, etc. for security purposes, and when I tried to log back in it says my e-mail is disabled. Hi, I sent the TXT Record and Selector name to my DNS (portfoilibox), the DKIM Core Key Record is checked and it is valid. But verification fails. The Portfoliobox team replied: the record has a proper value and applied to a correct sub-domain. Can you please check with Zoho if they can give us any clue why verification doesn't work? Hi, I want a field change it's name according who is seeing the form, so let me explain. I have a form and, Depending on who enters to the form, some fields will be displayed and hidden, But one part of the form appears to both equal people, but i need to change the name of "Hospitalizacion PR" to "Hospitalizacion" when Admin1 enters to the form, and if Admin2 enters to the form the field will appear like "Hospitalizacion UG", how can i change it?
