Soft Bounces from good email addresses
In several campaigns we have a large number of soft bounces. We have telephoned all of these contacts and the majority tell us the email address we have is correct and they have had no problems with the email box itself. Can you offer any explaination why we get soft bounces from apparently good email addreses?
Merge Fields not working on some lists
I sent an email with Dear and personalized the first name with the merge field. On some of the lists the email was sent to it merged on others it did not. It was all sent at one time. All the lists have the default first name and last name. The only difference is I created the lists it worked on and someone else created the lists it did not work on. Any help is welcome!

What do I do with leads that I do not want to convert? I have several prequalifying questions and I ask these questions from leads. If they are not prequalifed, what do I do with them? Just delete them?

Spam Filter
Nearly all my e-mail is going to spam, even people in the white list. I mark them as not spam in the spam folder, but when they sent new e-mails it goes right back in the spam folder. Is there some sort of issue going on? Seems to have started within the last few days.

Can't Open Zoho Mail With A VPN
Every time I connect to a VPN software like HMA, Zoho Mail stops from opening. When I log in without a VPN, it's fine. Then when I get connected, I can't open the emails anymore.

Anybody having trouble with Spam? I've been using Zoho for over 6 months now and all Spam was controlled really well, but now I've been bombarded with it, as in 30-40 per day.
Editing scheduled post in Android deletes the photo.
Just edited my post that I originally created on Windows with Galaxy s7. I simply corrected some text and then after I saved it, the photo image disappeared.It had a rectangular photo placeholder in it's place. Then when I looked at it in chrome on Windows, the photo was deleted from the post.

Reinitiate a previous migration from FastMail
Hi, I performed a migration using IMAP from FastMail a few days ago. It went well and migrated all my emails. I haven't changed the MX records immediately after the migration completed, but FastMail continued to receive emails. Today I reconfigured MX records for laszlocsontos.com and pointed them to Zoho's mail servers. Mass Deleting Imported Leads
Is there no way to mass delete more than 100 leads at a time? I imported over a month ago so there is no way for me to revert back. I can't believe no one can do this - surely other people run into this issue.

My host is asking the following questions to get this setup: What kind of record are they wanting you to make? An SRV record or a TXT record? Can you get more details on that one?
