Tracking Products Owned
What's the best way to track products that an account owns in CRM? Adding a product to the account would seem logical, but from what I can tell you can't create workflows off of the products owned and you can't mass assign products to imported accounts. So, it seems like there must be some other best practice for tracking the products that an account owns. One that gives more flexibility.

Hi, I'm trying to integrate zoho form to Campaign, but even if it did the "integration part" form Zoho Form side it didn't work. In zoho form, I choose the right mailing list, I mapped the right field, but when I try to make a "subscription" test, the new entry appear in zoho forms, but there's nothing in my mailing list in zoho campaign. Hi, I am getting Verification Failed in verifying my Zoho DKIM. Visits in CRM not visible
Two of our non super users cannot see "Visits" in CRM (coming from SalesIQ). They should have full access to everything, but "Visits" are not part of their view on CRM ?

Account showing as inactive
My other account userid :clicknetllc@gmail.com is showing inactive. I use that extensively everyday. I have several employees using it. I use the zoho subscriptions as well. All my clients information is in tjere over 500 accounts. I am freaking out, it is saying that my account is inactive. Someone please teach out to me and let me know what the heck is going on.

SalesInbox Activation for ZOHO CRM
We are on Enterprise CRM and I was looking at the SalesInbox Email tool. If I request access, will this effect all my users? Or do I enable this for each person? I have one user using POP3 because she needs the email button. Will this switch her automatically to SalesInbox if Igain access? Lastly, the rest of my users are using Imap... Happen to them? Thanks!

How do people attach email from Outlook 2016 or Apple Mail to CRM Potentials, or Quotes?
We use Outlook 2016 with Office 365, and then my laptop is a Macbook so Apple Mail. I'd love to easily be able to attach email from these programs quickly to Zoho CRM Opportunity records or Quote records. The official plugin unfortunately is only Accounts, Leads, and Contacts for some reason. I don't want it to be automatic or anything, I prefer being able to click an email and then select the record to attach it to. ZOHO Inventory Update to Shopify not working
Products were created in shopify, sync'd and confirmed in ZOHO Inventory with initial inventory count of zero. PO was created and received in ZOHO inventory and counts were updated on the products in ZOHO inventory. The inventory count was not updated in Shopify though. I have performed manual sync and also waited 4+ hours, inventory counts in Shopify still don't reflect the values in ZOHO inventory. Any ideas to resolve and sync inventory levels?
