Hi, Thanks for the wonderful service! However, thing has been working well until recently I’m currently unable to receive any emails. This is really bad for my business. Just had my sent mail disappear (with the exception of about six emails). At first I thought it was simply a problem in Outlook, but when I logged into my web mail account they weren't there either. There were 3 years of messages on there. I didn't actually delete anything accidentally - just gone. When I open CRM I get the black backround sales screen for CRM. Even though I am signed in, if I click on access CRM, I get the same screen. Finally, after doing this several time, I get the program. Is this a new bug? How to access?
contacts from zoho crm not syncing back to outlook
I had the outlook plugin working on an old windows 7 computer with outlook 2010. I have now installed the plugin on outlook 2016 running in windows 10. There are a few contacts that are in zoho that for some reason aren't in my outlook list. The plugin makes no attempt to bring them into outlook when it runs though. Any thoughts? It also appears that changes I'm making to a contact on the outlook side aren't being made to the zoho side. As a quick experiment I added some gibberish to the notes

We have just moved our site from a Joomla to a Wordpress platform. Staff are no longer consistently receiving email notifications, although we have made no changes to our form, simply copied the same embed codes to the new site . I was wondering if it was possible to get the events associated with a Account/Potential/Contact record. I've tried using this function call to no avail: relatedEvents = zoho.crm.getRelatedRecords("Events", "Accounts", accountID); I was wondering what other things I could try, and if this is even possible. Custom Function to clear date
I'm looking for a custom function that will clear out a date in a custom field we have in our cases module. We have a "Follow-Up Date" field in cases and I'd like to make a button to clear that date out automatically. I know how to create the button but I just need the custom function that will actually update the case and clear out the Follow-Up Date.
