SPF check fails on forwarded emails
Hi guys, is there a way to stop the SPF check failing on forwarded email? for example: bob forwards all mail to bob@zoho.com joe sends an email from joe@home.com to bob@outlook.com which is then forwarded to bob@zoho.com if spf hard fail is set to quarantine the message will be blocked, even though the message is valid and everyone has spf records set correctly. However they always get the message "Gmail couldn't verify that mydomain.com actually sent this message (and not a spammer)" I have already setup the SPF register at my DNS server: "v=spf1 mx include:_spf.google.com include:zoho.com ~all" TXT and blanked name I have also setup DKIM register, the verification is working

Hello??!! never had problems with Activesync on Microsoft phone. Recently also set up zoho accounts on the pc via outlook with activesync. No problem there. I bought yesterday a Samsung smartphone to abandone the Microsoft phone. I cannot set up zoho neither in the email app on the Samsung phone nor in the outlook app on the phone. customer login link not responding

Recurring Task Checkbox
Hi Zoho, I am looking into whether it is possible to create a recurring (e.g. weekly, monthly) task in Zoho CRM. In this Knowledgebase article on Recurring Activities, it would seem that this is possible - https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/activities/create-activities.html#Create_Recurring_Activities It seems that this should be possible. However, when go to create/edit a recurring task, I do not see the Recurring Activity checkbox that is describe in this article. Please see the attached screenshot.

Unable to configure IMAP from Outlook

Reuse Custom Function in Button already available in Workflow?
I have a Custom Function that I use from within a Workflow. Am I correct in my understanding that the only way to use the same Custom Function from a Button is to recreate the function in the Button Workspace (or at least create another function that in-turn calls it?) Change Edition to UK
Hello, We are changing ZOHO Invoice edition to UK. We created new organisation and now exporting all the details. Contacts and Items are done. We started with ESTIMATES but it doesn't allow us to import more than 1MB which is pain. The main issue we have is that Estimate status is not correct. Where it's status Invoiced, it changed to Draft. Is there any way we can exceed 1MB and makes Export/Import easier? Thank you

Hi, I would like to export a page with a record view in Zoho Creator automatically with the URL structure http://app.zohocreator.com/name/application name/pdf/page name. But unfortunately when I open the URL and open the downloaded PDF it shows me instead of the records just Loading... Hello, I am using a form that calculates user data and displays the result; http://www.beergrains.com/priming-sugar-calculator. I have no need for the SUBMIT button and it is causing confusion with the users; when they click Submit the results appear then quickly disappear. They just need to view the result without submitting data. Is there a way to hide the submit button?

Can the label "Shipping Address" be changed to "Work carried out at" or something like that on the invoice template. I have just done a job for a new customer who owns quite a lot of property's that are let out, and it looks like I will be doing some more but it would be handy to be able to put the address of the property on the invoice. Pivot table filter to show (distinct?) count
I often create pivot tables that show responses to surveys. The Rows are generally built using Response Date, Question, and Response (verbatim comments). We are trying to protect clients' anonymity so we only allow our charts to show data with 3+ responses (that way they can't filter down to the individual level and figure out who said what) "Response ID" is what we use as an identifying factor --- A random number we generate for every response that we can tie back to their personal information.
Does URL redirect still function after payment made if payment button is in the form?
I'd like to use Zoho Forms for signing up new customers. We charge a setup fee and would like to include this in the form. However, I also need the customer to land on a specific page once that's done. Will the customer be redirected to the URL specified in the Redirect to Website rule if there is a payment button in the form?
What do YOU put in a Deal's description vs in notes
I'm curious what type of information people put in the Description vs. the Notes fields for Deals. For instance, I would think the Description would hold details specific to the deal, whereas Notes gives updates on where/how the deal is progressing. Anyone do otherwise, and why?

How do I turn off the red squiggly lines?
I need to turn off the red squiggly lines that appear before "misspelled" words by default when I'm composing an email. I use the word "playwriting" very frequently, which apparently nobody thinks is a word. So I always ignore the red squiggly lines. Then, when I *did* spell it wrong just now -- in the subject line of an email to someone I was trying to impress -- it went unnoticed, because I'm so used to ignoring the lines. I can't create an Event with a related Lead. I include these two fields with my xmlData parameter but the field does not populate: <FL val="RELATEDTOID">2111963000000333438</FL> <FL val="SEMODULE">Leads</FL> I can only add a Related To Lead on the website, not through the API. Leads module Email Status in the last X weeks and in the last X months are not working properly. Only in the last x DAYS works properly. Tested this with both sent and opened.
