To help quickly view the status of all orders, please consider adding a "Paid" column to the Sales Order table. Each order essentially has two paths of completion: fulfillment and payment. As it is now we have columns (Packed and Shipped) to represent the related statuses for Fulfillment, but only one column (Invoice) to represent the related statuses for Payment. Issues with Customer Portal feature.
Hello ZC Team, I have a couple of problems in using customer portal: When the settings is such that users need the approval of the admin, the entire workflow doesn't tell that to the signing up user. The user gets the invitation email, gets the add-password link too. All this gives a false impression to her/ him that there is no approval involved. We really need the message to read something like - "you will receive an email with further instructions *after* the administrator approves your request."

Custom domain for zoho creator app
I am creating an app for the workplace of a large company. Unfortunately, it is like working for the government and I cannot convince the enterprise security folks that zoho does not pose a threat to their security and they have banned the zoho.com URL via their firewall. So I am considering whether or not I can use a private domain access to zoho in order to access a creator.zoho app. I believe that if the app were accessed through my_domain.com in some way that things would work. ZOHO Mail Replies Not Showing In Email
Here are steps: 1) I receive email 2) I share email and put: @person please respond to this email. 3) @person gets notice. They review email and respond with answer directly to customer via email. 4) @person and myself don't see the reply in the email. I have "summary view" enabled in Blog Manager preferences, however I cannot see any option to add a "read more" link after typing 750 characters or more in a blog post.
