Edit Date on Notes
I just imported my crm file from my previous CRM system. I mapped out everything on the import as best I could, but the notes came over as if they were done the day I did the import versus over the past year. I cannot see how to edit the date to be the correct date when the note was recorded. Is there any way for me to easily edit these entries? I've already begun working in Z so I don't want to re-import. Thank you for your help. Joshua

Cannot receive email
I can receive email fine except I have email being forwarded from another domain which was working initially but delivery from this domain (austrianclubsydney.com) is now being refused by the Zoho servers even though I have added the domain to the whitelist and allowed recipients list.

Email randomly changes structure
When I'm typing an email, and press; delete, enter, or arrow keys, the structure of my email would just completely change. Words and sentences end up in the wrong place, sentences would be broken down to 5 lines instead of one. Is there any way to stop this bug ?? Thanks
Problem when changing primary e-mail address
Hi, I made a mistake putting my email as contact@. I could change it following this tutorial but not. https://help.zoho.com/portal/helpcenter/articles/how-to-change-the-primary-email-address-in-zoho-26-9-2015 When I go to control panel (https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do#userdetails) I see my e-mail as my name now (orlando@), but when looking for default e-mail or mailbox address at the user profile, there it is contact@. I tried to delete the entire domain, but it doesn't work.

DKIM problem, can't enable verification
Hey guys :) I just noticed alert on my account that DKIM need some attention. I think I did everything as explained here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/dkim-configuration.html#alink3 but I still get notification that DKIM is not enabled or authorized. Also mailradar.com says that "Domain-Key Status: NOT PASSED". Could someone from zoho staff guide me with this one? I've read many similar topics but can't get working solution for me. Invoice problem w/ Brazilian taxes
Hi guys! I'm facing a curious problem when creating an invoice in Zoho Books: in Brazil, the taxes are charged considering the gross value of the service. There are 5 different taxes that are contained in the same invoice: ISS, CSLL, PIS, COFINS and IRPJ. Each one collects a different percentage from the gross value of the service sold: ISS 5%, CSLL 1%,PIS 0.65%, COFINS 3% and IRPJ 1.5%. I use Books in sales: tax-exclusive mode. Outgoing blocked - why??
Hi, My user account had outgoing mail blocked. The day before it was blocked I sent around 7 emails total. They mostly had attachments, and the total size of all attachments was around 5MB. (Previous days had fewer emails). I am using the free plan, which I believe is limited to 250 emails and up to 200MB sent per day. I have unblocked my account, but can someone please let me know why my account was blocked when I was nowhere near the limits? I want to make sure it does not become blocked again

Allow non-logged in users to export from Dashboard
I have a few dashboards I would like to share with non-Zoho users. This works fine creating a permalink using the publish options, but these users do not have the 'Export' option. I only see this for logged in Zoho users. How can I allow non-Zoho users to export Dashboards?

Filter subform items based on parent form
I have a purchase order form with a subform for adding items to the purchase order. I only want parts that belong to the vendor selected in the parent form to be available in the subform lookup field. Each part in the subform is related to the vendor selected in the parent form. How can I apply a filter to the lookup field in the subform based on the vendor selected in the parent form? I'm trying to use the Set filter in the field properties section but maybe this needs to be done with deluge.
How do I create a web page from a document?

mark payment in zoho crm
We use Zoho books and have recently set up to integrate with zoho crm. We would like the crm to be the main access point to customer information for all of our sales reps. Payment, usually 50% deposit is taken through a virtual terminal or POS in retail store then marked onto an invoice in books accordingly. Would like to be able to do this all in the crm. Is this possible?

Rename columns of imported tables
I have tables that are imported via the SQL import tool. It's all working well but I am unable to rename the columns to make it more user friendly. I'm guessing this is because the import tool needs the column names to match with the export source. So for example instead of user_name I would want the column to be called Username. Spredsheet won't let me edit
I can't edit the spredsheet that we have in our document.
Pressing Enter while editing cell now inserts a newline in the cell
This is dumb. People rarely need to insert a newline within a cell, but always need to finish editing a cell. Now there is no way to finish editing except to use the mouse to click somewhere else. Ctrl+Enter is the standard way to insert a newline in other spreadsheet software.

Why does Zoho automatically create an Opening Balance Adjustment to offset Square Fees?
I just imported my first transaction after integrating Square. The transaction has a $1.02 processing fee from Square. When I look at my Expenses, I see "Square Fees" shows zero. When I click to see transactions for the "Square Fees" account, it shows the $1.02 Square fee, but then shows "Opening Balance Adjustment" of $1.02 to cancel it out. Can someone please explain this? How do I account for Square fees?

what happens to data entered into form if user loses connectivity?
Im designing an app for data entry and was curious what happens if connection is lost (or user goes into airplane mode). For mobile users, I'd expect that the reports will be unavailable, but will the form be unable to be accessed? For PC use... Is there a way to have it store records locally until connectivity is restored, then automatically push them back up to the cloud once connection returns? My users travel a lot and I think being able to enter data while in flight would be valuable.
