untaggable days
In Zoho project, is is possible to make one day untaggable (to avoid tagging personnal holidays, day off etc)?

I am trying to include January 1st as apart of my final week for 2016. I have my column "usage week" correct, but can not figure out how to get my column "week to read "Dec, 26 2016" Thanks for all and help. Let me know if you need more information.

[Solved] Error creating an account with domain
When I was creating the account enter the code to send on my phone and gave me error If I try to create it again it tells me that the domain is already busy "This domain is already associated with this account "*****" that I log in, but when I try, it tells me that the mail does not exist.
Create New Record Summary?
I want to create a new record summary which only shows certain information. I've been trying to follow the online help, but it's not working. Online help: Select the Record Summary option from the Report Settings page. Click on New Record Summary to create a custom record summary. If you look at my screenshot, you can see I'm on the record summary page, but there is no New Record Summary button. Am I missing something?
Chat Lights Up - Nothing There
I submittred a couple help requests a few days ago. Though I haven't gotten replies yet, I see that, for the first time, my chat sign is lighting up in red in the lower left hand corner. It also includes the number "1." But then, when I open up the chat window, nothing happens. Nobody's there. Correlating the two events, I wonder if somebody is trying to respond to my help requests by chat? In any case, now I have a third request...
Zoho Mail Authtokens
Hi. I reset my iPhone and downloaded the Zoho mail app. I tried to sign in and it had said that I had exceeded the number of times I could sign in and if I would like to clear my authtokens using safari. I finally found them on the desktop version and deleted everything that was listed under 'Auth Tokens'. It then worked when I signed into my app. Was that okay what I did? Was I supposed to do that or is there going to be a problem now? Thanks

Question about Live Stream in Zoho Social
Hello - I have read through many of your online resources, but cannot find a definite answer, so here goes: On the FREE version of Social, I understand that monitoring/reporting/analytics are not part of the free plan. BUT - is Live Stream available on all plans, including the free? Overall, I am comparing the Free ZSocial features vs Hootsuite free version. Read receipts are sent by the wrong address
Hello, When you have multiple email addresses added, read receipts are still being sent from the primary email address. This is confusing for the recipient, and also wrong. Could you change this please, so that it's always the receiver address that sends out the receipt? Thank you!

SPF Immediate action required
Hi Zoho Team, I have strictly followed zoho mail's instructions on how to configure SPF on my Cpanel. I verified the status with mxtoolbox and everything seems fine, however, at the status page it is still mentioning that SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho. DKIM Won't Verify
I received notification when I logged in that I needed to setup a DKIM txt record with my domain. (I'm using SquareSpace.) I followed the instructions but when I try to verify the record, Zoho says the verification failed. I tried waiting a day to see if the changes just needed time to take effect, but it still fails to verify. I see others on the forum have had similar issues and tried following instructions given to them, such as deleting spaces in the txt value and naming the record a certain

Seeing more spam
For a long time zoho mail was pretty good at trapping spam. In the recent weeks, it seems more spam is making it through whatever anti-spam measures are taken for zoho's mail servers. Zoho admins may want to look into this. Thanks.

Decision Field width in subform.
Hi Everyone, I'm new here, but am getting my feet wet with a fairly complicated app. I'm just wondering, why can't I resize a decision field in a subform? I have a lot of columns in my subform, and three decision boxes. They are killing my column real estate.
