Custom field enhancement
When a custom field is created then deleted, I believe the next new one index number is still incremented, this leads to difficulties with the api, unless I'm mistaken, but it's been trial & error on updating these fields for me ? There is then the difficulty of the placement order of these fields on docs when we have no choice of their position. Please advise if there is a way to achieve the above !

Chain Campaign and Cloned campaign: wrong links in the content
Hello, We've observed that when we clone a campaign or when we add a chain campaign (copying the content of the first email), the domain names of the links in our emails are rewritten with "survey.campaign-image.com". For example, in a campaign we add a link to "https://survey.zohopublic.com/zs/fCiUX7". When I clone the campaign, the link is transformed into "https://survey.campaign-image.com/zs/fCiUX7". I just have to Edit/Save the content without touching anything and it goes back to the right

Domain already exists
I have attempted to setup email for ecomactive.com. Now a) we used an email address on the domain xxx@ecomactive.com and a phone number for verification. The check code arrived as a text and all was good, as we proceeded to setup, it would not. Now every time attempt to register it ask us to provide the mobile number, as we proceed it states that it can not find that number, although it gives us a hint to the last 2 digits on the phone??

Can't update my account's non-Zoho email address
Years ago I set up a free Zoho mail account with a "Primary Mail ID" that no longer exists. Later I set up a free Zoho account for a non-profit organization using my only existing non-Zoho email address as "Primary". How to I get Zoho Mail to allow both of these Zoho accounts to be associated with my only non-Zoho email address? Is the only option to stop using Zoho and use another email service provider for one of these accounts? I could possibly upgrade my personal email account to a paid Zoho
Add "Partially Packed" and "Fully Packed" to packing slip statuses
To make help clarify the status of a packing slip, can you please add "Partially Packed" and "Fully Packed" to the statuses? These are much more helpful statuses than simply "Not Shipped" and "Shipped". Hi Barath, thanks for you answer. The problem is not "Mail Rate Exceeded Limit" , is the 554 5.1.8 Address of the sender blocked, we can send mails to certain recipients, but not others. If we do the procedure you tell us, we can not click because we do not get any links, the problem is different. Description Field in Events is missing
Recently the description field in Events does not show when opening and looking at the event. If I edit the event, I can add a description, but am unable to view. "Failed to add data" error message in multiple apps
Hi I have just logged this issue with Zoho support (with access to an app enabled), but getting "Failed to add data" error message in multiple apps when trying to add data in a form submit. The apps have worked for several years and nothing has been recently changed. I deleted some old data to make sure records limits are not being exceeded, and the setup usage limits are all ok. Anyone else getting this issue or any ideas? Apps are not usable, so hoping to get this issue resolved asap

I'm using magento 1.9.3 and smtp-pro as connection to zoho mail. At zoho mail i have 4 another email beside administrator. The question is, is it possible to send email from magento with another email? Since at magento smtp-pro i just setting administrator email as authentication. Is it possible?
