Creating Sub Tasks
Wow, I just spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to create a subtask, just to realize...I cannot because I do not have an Enterprise version of this software. It would be VERY helpful to have a small popup message explaining this information exactly at the time I try to create a subtask...so that I don't waste my time and get a "negative first impression" from this software and pass that negative impression along to my peers. Follow tasks or Task lists
Hi, Would it be possible to follow all tasks lists in all projects by default? For example, an option to "Follow task". We have a lot of task lists and it would be very useful to have an option like this or similar. Also, could I, as an administrator add users to follow a task list? Thanks in advance
website builder does not permit text editing
Just started a few days ago; put cursor in middle of a text block of existing text and there is no editing capability. Cursor just sits there. The editing menu appears (font, size, etc) but your cursor cannot manipulate, change, add text. Replicated the same scenario in Edge and Chrome. Windows 10; state of the art laptop, less than 2 weeks old. Was able to create and modify text a few days ago. Now, the entire website builder editing is down regardless of what page or text block I choose.
"Preview is not available" errors
I have a couple of Zoho Docs spreadsheets "published to external world". Until now, everything worked fine. But since the last update, I started getting "Preview is not available" errors. Allow login-less invoice payments when portal is active
Hi, with portal not active, emailed invoices can simply be click-and-pay directly from the emailed invoice. No login is required. however, when the portal is enabled, the link in the invoice now requires to login. This seems like a step backwards, as it can now take longer to effet payment by clients (cannot find password/lost password etc) Payment is also not necessarily done by the same person(s) that actually access the portal. Trying to delete all customers
We are having a problem with the customer list. Some were imported from Quickbooks, while others were manually entered. I can't tell which is which, but when I try to upload an expense report into Quickbooks, I get an error saying the Customer doesn't match. Best scenario would be to completely delete all customers and reimport from QB; however, when I try to do that, I get an error from Zoho Expenses saying You have recorded transactions for this contact. Hence, this contact cannot be deleted.

Delay in opening attachments
Hi, One of our users is having issues in opening attachments on their email account. The view option takes forever to load regardless of the document type, they keep seeing the loading screen. There is no issue with their internet connection nor is there a browser issue as we have confirmed via different browsers that the issue persists. It is the same on a mobile browser, any type of attachment takes forever to load in the view panel.

If we could map the locations of the possible candidates (by post code / zip code) for a job opening this would help enormously, even better if integrated with a journey planner. URL is being removed from links in a notes field.
Hello. I have a notes field that I am using to display links so that the person who is updating a record can download the files from the image fields like in the screenshot below. Emails not attaching to contacts
I have been using Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail in conjunction with Google Apps for a little more than six months. I have used inboxes in gmail, CRM and Mail with no issues. About 4 days ago all emails stopped associating with contact records. I made no changes that I am aware of. Emails continue to flow into all the inboxes but are not associating to contacts. Contact name vs contact roles in deals
Hi could someone help with this.. Why are there two ways of adding a contact to a deal? 1. Contact Name ( standard field-Lookup ) 2. Hi, In my (startup) company I have expenses and bills that will be reimbursed by my investor. Every expense I make, I mark 'billable', so that I can invoice my investor easily. Tax on Advance Receipt
In India, advance receipt is subject to Indirect Tax (e.g. Service Tax is chargeable on advance for services). Also, the amount is subject to witholding by the Client. Both of these treatments are currently missing in Zoho Books. Request please include this as options asap. Thanks.
Any way to make a correction to an approved expense?
I missed an error and approved an expense and the amount was incorrect. I tried to created a negative expense for the difference, but system doesn't allow negative numbers. Its there another way to fix it? I am the admin.
Lookup field types should be able to be mapped
Hi, I was using the Zoho People integration add-on and I found that the fields where the field type is lookup cannot be mapped. Ideally this should be allowed as it makes more sense rather than entering values which have already been created initially. This would also ensure that there are no errors due to wrong spellings. Create a Potential with Custom Potential owner.
Hi, I'm having trouble specifying the "Potential Owner" through my custom function. My function creates the new "Potential" and fills in all details fine, however, It does not fill in the "Potential Owner" field at all. Is this not possible? I saw in the Set Up->Modules->Potentials->Potential Owner as a look up field and shows the message as given in the attachment.
