Imported invoices will not be mapped to an existing customer, instead a new customer is created (even if Customer Name field is populated correctly)
Hi, we are already using Zoho Invoices so we have already configured a bunch of contact/customers. Now we would like to import some old invoices that reference the already configured contact/customers. Unfortunately the importing system does not consider the Customer Name field as a key so a new customer/contact with the same name is being created for every import action we perform. Is there a way to import invoices that referrer to an existing customer? Thank you in advance Denis
Last Name cannot be empty error
Most of my forms, which have worked before, now only give this error when the whole formed is filled out, including the Last Name field. What changed? How does this get fixed?? Thanks, -Melissa
How to hide a tab group based on role/profile?
I created an external role/profile and wanted to lock down tab groups so that users cannot see a Home tab or "Custom Object A" tab for "Custom Object A" that is only used on Deals as a related list (there is no reason to view that tab). I logged in as that user and set the tab group to the one I want the user to see, but I don't want the user to see the other tab groups and be able to change them.

Create dependancy between fields from two diferent modules
Hi, I am trying to make a dependency between the fields Candidate Status and Interview Type. For example if I have Candidate for whom we created an interview with type "1 level" I want his status (field Candidate Status) to be changed automatically to "interview scheduled". Hi, I am trying to create new field based on a formula which calculates the time spent between two Candidate statuses. For example: Candidate was Scheduled for interview on 01.01.2017 Candidate was Hired on 15.01.2017 How can I make the system calculate the days between 01.01 and 15.01? I tried with making a custom field with a formula, but I cant find the Activity Log (where the info about status changes is kept) among the Modules available under Field Creation. I experienced CSS editor problems. After you make a small change, you save and then see the changes and the menu and other elements look wird. What I did, since there was no other way to fix it was to go to another theme, but after a while of working fine I experienced the same problem again.
Is DKIM necessary to use Zoho Mail
My DNS provider does not allow me to have DKIM records unless I pay for a more expensive option through their service. As the domain I am paying them for is a part of their organisational domain I cannot change away from them without losing my domain. Therefore, do I have to use DKIM or will SPF be sufficient to use Zoho as my mail provider? Regards, Alex B

Hi, I am having real trouble sharing. I have created an application. I have gone into set up and activated the user and given them permissions. I have then shared the application with the user. The user gets the email, but when I login as the user it says I am logged in, but says "You are not allowed to access this application. You are not allowed to access this application." Time for a new provider?
I have not been with Zoho long and recently moved from another provider having the same types of issues. Since the four weeks I have moved here, I have been down 5 times. How sad is this? Why can they not run such a simple system? Anyone use another provider that actually works?

Hi, I am trying to create the pareto chart of "Total % of profit" and "total profit" by product sub-category. I came across the following issues and was wondering if there is another approach. My auto reply is on, and it does probably sent mail to no-reply addressess, so my bounce rate went up, and now I can't send mail anymore.
