Winter has come and so has a bunch of slick new additions to Zoho Books. So, buckle up and read What's New in Zoho Books this December!
The highlights of this month are :
1. Online Payments in India
2. Zoho Integrations
3. Android app Updates & more
1. Zoho - Razorpay Integration
Customers in India can now offer a seamless checkout experience for one-time and recurring payments, with a host of payment options (debit cards, credit cards, wallets, or net banking) with our Zoho - Razorpay integration. Read on our blog, to know more about this integration.
2. Zoho - Office 365 Integration.
Forget switching between apps and managing multiple accounts. With a single sign-in, you can access all the Zoho apps and Office 365 at the same time. Connect Zoho Books to Office 365, and import all your contacts and employee information in one go. Read more about this integration on our help document.
3.More power to Zoho Books - Zoho CRM integration.
3.1 Track a potentials' journey from its start to the end. Link them in Zoho CRM with multiple invoices, estimates or Sales Order created in Zoho Books; also to expenses and expense reports created in Zoho Expense.
3.2 You can convert an Estimate to a Sales Order, a Sales Order to an Invoice and an Estimate to an Invoice in Zoho CRM. And not just that, you can use the Clone option to duplicate your Zoho Books transactions in Zoho CRM.
4. New version released for our Android App.
4.1 In our latest release, you can see a detailed page view for your expense module and add up to 5 receipts to a single expense.
4.2 Until now, you had the option to add Custom Fields in your Zoho Books web app. With the new enhancements in our mobile app, quickly and easily create Custom fields for your expenses and line items, and manage them using Zoho Books.
5. Reimbursing bills made easier.
You can now associate a customer or a project to a bill and convert it into an Invoice with the same items. This will make it easier for you to recover the expenses you made on behalf of your customers.
6. Customize your Estimate Details Report
Earlier, only our Invoice Details reports had custom fields support. Adding to that arsenal, our Estimate Details reports too now comes with the ability to filter data based on created Custom Fields.
7. Send list of unpaid Invoices
While sending statements to your customers, you can attach the list of unpaid invoices. Select the Attach Unpaid Invoices list option, before sending the email to your customer and get paid faster.
8. Order number fields for Recurring Invoices
For your recurring invoices, we have added the Order Number field. This means that once you have entered an Order Number, all the future Invoices (child invoices) will go with that Order Number and you can easily keep a track of them.
9. Create Custom View for your Invoices
Let's consider that you want to view all the invoices which are due this week and also save the search for later reference. You can do so using Custom View in Zoho Books. Select criteria, mark a view as favorite and share it with other users in the organization. Do give a hands-on try and let us know what you think.
Well, that's not all! We have released a lot more features. You can check out our What's New page to see the rest. We are looking forward to receiving your feedback to continuously make Zoho Books awesome for you.
See you next month!
Cheers,
Pallabi
