xml-based POST html form keeps downloading files?
Hi Zoho, I have an html page (Dashboard_test) with an html form is it, forwarding the data using POST command to a Zoho form (FnA_Bulk_Edit). Two problems: 1. When submitting the form, the user gets an xml file auto-downloaded. How can I prevent this? 2. In the On Add -> On Success script of the Zoho form, the script is processed but fails to open the url (last command is OpenURL). How can I fix this? "House Accounts" that All Can See
Hi, We have 30 or so "house accounts" that I've assigned to me, the system administrator. We want all of our sales people to see these accounts, write notes, etc. When I set these up originally, I shared them from System Adminstrator to Sales Engineer with Read/Write/Delete access and it worked for a while. (See attached screen capture.) Now nobody except me can see them. I don't want to make the default for accounts to be "Public" as that will give everyone visibility to everything. What am I

Hi, I have tried to delete one of my sites several times the last two days that never got published and it will not delete. It just has a pop up that says problem deleting site to contact support. One support link I clicked on just goes to something else. I am using the free site. Do I even get any support since I am using that? Is there a direct link to support so I can contact them? Duplicate an entry that doesn't allow duplicate entries?
Is there any way to code, to change the data that doesn't allow for duplicate entries. I have a LOT tracking system and the LOT numbers can not be duplicated. YYMMDD## I want to duplicate the record and sub forms but change the ## before doing it so the record won't be a duplicate. I've tried from a report to check the box and click on the duplicate icon only to have it fail. Any way I can do this via a program or catch it before it it tries to store the record? Thanks Andy

Hi, I applied to the Zoho Free business mail and have finished setting few hours ago. I sent e-mails to my business mail, on average it arrived in three hours. but these were sent quickly. Is there a problem on the my e-mail setting? Is it because of FreePlan? Or is the Zoho mail this always slow? Please let me know. Thank you.

Now it seems I need to create a new email and build it every time, in stead of just copying the email and drag/drop it to the other automated flow. Custom Function to alert Owners of inactivity
We've created a custom module (CustomModule3) in our CRM and we need a way to have Zoho find any records with a last activity date of 2 weeks (or more) and send out an alert to the owner of that record to update it. I can create an email template for this, and I know I can create a schedule to run a custom function but I need a custom function to do the hard part of finding the record that has a last activity time older than 2 weeks and then sending the alert to the owner of the record to have them

Traversing the fields on a form not restricted to tabs and mouse
Using the tab or mouse to move from field to field will not be acceptable for my application. I would like to move from field to field via hitting ENTER. Upon hitting ENTER at the last field, the insertion point would move back to the first field. Submission of form would be by button.

Hi, it´s possible to have subform in subform? When I do this in creator.zoho.com, in mainform (view) on app.zohocreator.com I can´t see that. First subform contains Date of order, products (it´s subform) and user. Second subform contains select products, price, quantity and total price. On the picture you can see forms and subforms. Drill down not possible
Hi, I have given a user permission to view a pivot chart. I have enabled " View underlying data" in the report. With my adminitrator account I can see the "Drill down" menu when clicking on the graph, but when I try to log in as the normal user I can only see " View underlying data " and can not drill down from months to weeks to days. Is it a permission issue?

I am setting up a email account on behalf of some one, I set up the account and tried to verify the domain but I got a message saying this function is restricted. So the next day I try to log on to try again now the login wants me to verify the email address by sending mail to it. I have not set up the mail address yet so how can I verify the mail? hi, I defined my zoo account via gmail but it stopped working . first the outgoing stopped and now also receiving , it say that verification failed - I use my user name and password - the same as i use to sign in to the zoo website. all the settings as in instructions on the zoo mail settings. it worked but stopped - please advice urgently

Mail forwarding seems not to work
New Zoho user so apologies if I've missed something - pointers to documentation are welcome! I've just configured a domain (q42.me) on zoho. I'm having a bit of trouble getting mail automatically forwarded for an account from zoho to my gmail address. Incoming mail works great - I can send to either a specifically configured account or to something else that triggers my catch-all, eg whatever@q42.me, and mail arrives at zoho. However it doesn't seem to be forwarded out to gmail in any case. Here

Composite Item in Zoho books
Hello there, I need to create a composite item in Zoho books and track its inventory. How do I enable this feature. I notice that the "composite item" feature is available in "Zoho Inventory" only. I hope the inventory of individual items reflect automatically when there is a sale or purchase of the composite item. Pls confirm.
