Concern over time taken to display lists
I have only entered 300+ invoices outstanding so far to begin the new year. I do hope the very slow response time of 6 - 7 seconds to display these will not degenerate with the many, many thousands of invoices that will build up over the coming months ? My internet connection is 80Mb/s, my processor is an i7, and with 16Gb ram & SSD it's not my pc that's not performing !!

ZOHO books - import statement, why there only one line item be accept?
When I import statement, zoho always says "statement line(s) that are ready to be imported (1)", although there are more than one line in my statement!!! Inbound Screen Pops / Multiple Inbound Numbers
I have Ring Central and 4 inbound published phone numbers my customers call Inbound call screen pops only work if the inbound number dialed is the RC digital number assigned to my phone. Screen pops do not work if a customer dials my published numbers or my toll free number the screen pop works when making an outbound calls

Zoho reports - Inbound, Outbound & Pending
Hi We are using Zoho reports with the Manage Engine Service desk system and would like to create a report to show inbound, Outbound and Pending requests like on the manage engine dashboard. As you can see we need several values on the X Axis which i'm not sure if it can be done. Why do items in the recycle bin show up in reports?
It appears that items in the Recycle Bin show up in Reports. How can I prevent this from happening? Currently, I must empty the recycle bin in order to exclude deleted items, but there must be a better way to exclude deleted items from reports. Any advice? Thanks

Hello, I have just set up my three new Zoho business accounts and have also added two onto my iphone through exchange. When I use my personal hotmail account to test my new zoho emails by sending them an email, I keep getting the DSN message of failure from postmaster to my hotmail inbox. Are you able to help please? I've been unable to send email using Outlook 2013 POP/SMTP since Dec 24, getting error "Cannot log onto incoming mail server (POP3). cURL cannot insert company name with special characters
This is the php script I am using to insert data from QuForm to Zoho. It works fine until a user types in a special character in their company (for example Smith & Smith). When & is used, the insert does not show up in zoho. We tried replacing $company = $_POST['iphorm_1_3']; with $company = urlencode($_POST['iphorm_1_3']) ; But the company name shows up with ASCII codes for & (Smith+%26%Smith). Wrong phone number used registering a new domain
